They've essentially given themselves the funding to make whatever they want... why wouldn't they? There's NOTHING holding them back. Unless you're implying that money has turned them dark and they've lost all passion.

It saddens me that with the pedigree Bethesda game studios has EARNED with TES & Fallout that people are so quick to complain. Have we forgotten how good their games have always been?
The whole point is that by NOT using a right stick, you get much more precision + speed.

I'm willing to bet it is releasing this fall. They don't announce games way in advance. I'm pretty sure Fallout 3 was announced in june 2008 and released Oct 28, 2008.
