Titanfall was being offered for free with every with every newly Discounted Xbox One for at as low as $329. it barely outsold Killzone SF by 300K. Eclipse?? AND NO! the TLoU: Remastered have "ECLIPSED" Titanfall's sales with much less time on the market....SO GTFO...
The sales for games DOES NOT speak for the quality of the games themselves. But it DOES SPEAK for the amount of people who for themselves ENJOY those games.... You guys hav...
Haha, the "concerned troll" is one of the worst kinds of kind trolls there are, because they can more easily persuade the less informed individuals out there.
Politicians do this all the time. They can't come up with a better plan than their opponent, so instead they try and cast doubt about said opponent. All the while never offering anything better themselves.
The narrative as of late has been "lack of content" and QTE's are bad,...
"then consumer confidence in their pending exclusives could be shaken and thus give Microsoft some momentum"
Little by they little they reveal their real agenda, and if you pay a bit of attention it is not hard to spot.
Microsoft just released 2 "duds" in Sunset Overdrive and FH 2 which sold less than a mmillion copies each. The media tried their very best to make you believe that these 2 games were some of the very best games ever made, ...

Out of 61 reviews on metacritic, 33 of them are 70+. which is more than half. So yea, actually all of those 50s and 60s CAN be wrong, they are in the minority.
It has as many 80s as it has 60s, and more 70s than it does 60s. It has more than do...
" NO, its because in their view the gameplay IS QTE heavy and holds your hand TOO MUCH, its because its linear to the point of being TOO RESTRICTIVE, its because the set pieces are FEW/POORLY DONE, its because the pacing is SLOW & has entire WALKING SECTIONS, its because without online, no co-op and the fact that its SHORT STORY length there is NOT MUCH REPLAY VALUE....of course all of these things are SUBJECTIVE but why on earth would a reviewer ignore his duty to report them if he ...

I remember TellTale releasing a title called The Walking Dead. It was episodic, on rails, and literally an interactive comic book. https://www.telltalegames.c...
It won Game of year at the VGAs and countless other publications.
I just want to know what happened to all the people who didn't have any problem with how ...
Actually, this game wont get as much hate because graphically, it is not pushing any boundaries like The Order is.
It will still get hated, but not on the order of....The Order..
The real reason The Order got the hate you saw is because it literally threatens to shut down the graphics comparison articles that bring in so many clicks.
QTE events were all fine and dandy when games like "The Walkind Dead"by telltale was winning Game o...
@ Fireseed
The only thing glaring here is your refusal to own up to the FACTS.
In my original post, I mentioned Halo 3, and how most of the 14 million plus people who bought the game didn't stick around to play the online portion much. quoting my original statement:
"The Halo franchise has sold millions and millions of units. Halo 3 sold some 14+ million copies, yet the vast majority of the people who bought the game barely spent any...
@ Fireseed
quote from the link you've sent me.
"In total, gamers have invested 235,182 years in combined Halo playtime – or, as Bungie puts it, "in the collective time you've spent playing Halo you could have travelled across the expanse of the Milky Way at the speed of light… and back." "
Now let's do some math.
235,182 years = 85,841,430 days (# of years times 365 days)
85,84...
@ 4Show
I've never said that they fact that RAD realized their goals with the game means that they're absolved of criticism. They can and should be criticized but it has to be done with respect to the demographic of intented target audience.
If someone plays JRPGs and story focused games. A game like BF4 and Halo, and Killzone SF will no leave them with bad taste in their mouth. The way a FPS shooter tells a story and paces through a game is very diff...

I'm assuming that you're referring to me and some other folks on that have spoken out against some of those reviews.
Here are the breakdown of the reviews on metacritic based on the 52 critics who reviewed the game so far.

Posted this in another thread just minutes ago, and I think it might be useful here as well.
I've seen very funny looking (in my opinion, UGLY) paintings go for hundreds of thousands of dollars. Confirming that we all have different tastes in what we like. Some people can't stand rice, others love it. To call rice a piece of sh!t is to be blindly ignorant and intolerant of anyone's perspective but for those who agree with you.

First of all, nobody is ramming anything down MY throat. Though I can't say the same for you, what you do behind closed doors is your business.

Well there are conspiracy theories, and then there are the facts.
This is small random sample size I've gathered in like 10 minutes.
IGN seems to be setting the standard, and everyone else falls either directly of +/- 1 of their score, almost all the time.
Farcry 4:
IGN 8.5 ---------(0)
Giant Bomb 8------(-0.5)
Polygon 9---------(+0.5)
Destructoid 9-----(+0.5)
Digital Spy 8-----(-0.5)
I dont have to stop about anything. I find it strange that completely different publications came to the same conclusion and EXACT same score on a game they all had worries about.
The are completely different publications, with completely different measuring sticks, and somehow came away with the same exact score +/- 0.5 percent. lol.
That's like taking a survey and asking 10 different people to describe the color "red", and finding out that t...
Isn't it amazing that all of the major publications that had concerns about the game gave it the approximately the exact same score? around 6.5/10.
Nobody finds that suspicious? lol. I remember an article a few months back revealing how those reviewers would have a little email group (similar to a fraternization) where they decide which agendas to push.
It's ok to come away with similar opinions, but the exact same scores? Independently?
Haha, You can so easily tell who's hoping to drive traffic just by reading the a few lines of the reviews.
They don't even try to hide anymore.
"there's nothing truly special about The Order: 1886. It's a shame in many ways, because I'd love to see a more tactical style of gameplay in line with Valkyria Chronicles"
Yeah why couldn't The Order just be another game?
It needed to be "SPECIAL"...
Aaaand just like that Viryu shot down a troll....
Sony will announce that as soon as you so called journalists let go of The Order 1886's nut sack.
The PSVita gets every game that comes out for the PS4. You could in essence say that the PSVita have more games for it than both the Wii U and the Xbox One.
@ and I and it
"He said AAA, you only proved his point with that link"
Ugh...just no. I have already FACTUALLY dismissed all of his "lies".
Titanfall on XBOX One did outsell TLoU Remastered, so that's lie #1.
Lie #2, he deliberately tried to create a fake argument that sales does quality, knowing full well that "quality" is not what is being discussed in my post. So I explained to him that sales are d...
