it was a good movie, dont get me wrong... but it wasn't AWESOME like everyone made it out to be... maybe i overhyped my expectations for it
then it'll be a HUGE let down. i have enjoyed GT series since the first one and 2 things have always stuck out... 1 is damage, the other is online play. i'm sure GT5 will have the latter, but no damage is ridiculous

honestly though, GT has a big ways to catch up if forza is as good as it's set out to be. ill most likely pick up gt when i get a ps3 next year but i have a feeling my girlfriend will finally see my passion for gaming and addiction to cars all in one when forza 2 launches. she is going to wish the red rings on me lol
to 5.1, be honest now... how many times are you going to watch casino royale? i mean seriously... that's the reason why to me having BR isn't a worthy feature to own a ps3 or justify the cost. that and the price of BR / HD DVD discs themselves... the good ones go for $25-30 a pop! i love movies, but not THAT much... guess i'm the cheap bargain binner that enjoys getting a classic i'll watch once or twice a decade for $5-10. binding BR to the PS3 drives cost, these costs i and MANY others can'...

daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaamn! has crytek released system specs for this game? cuz i got a good pc but i just might have to build a new rig for this and for future pc gaming, putting mine into my plans of a stand alone racing sim for gtr, gtl, gtr2 sim racer :) yeah im one of those guys who would do such a thing and include a recaro or corbeau seat and racing wheel in the mix :D
guys dont forget that in the business world 'last years launch' is still considered' the most current quarter's earnings. i'll admit that i didnt look at the whole figures but if sony is including the ps3 sales losing money per console in these figures as expected than losing that much really means its a loss for this quarter waiting on potential earnings for furture quarters. think business, not fanboy BS. 500mil in the whole for one quarter aint bad, i thought it would be far worse than tha...
if this does come true that we have to pay for it, i for one WON'T purchase it. i played gears and loved it. the multiplayer i didnt like and thought this whole annex thing would get me back to playing it but certainly not if i have to pay for it

and fifa is a HUGE disappointment when compared to last gen. fifa 07 for ps2 had every team/player/league i wanted and was only $40, for 360 it lacked teams/players/leagues and cost $60... HUUUUUUGE letdown.. reason why i got it for ps2
