I'll say the console is a bit large. But that's not much of a downside when it's also the better console to have.

Correction - You went on fetch quests, were randomly asked to join factions of which there are only 3 consisting of mostly fetch quests with loading screens (much more I could say about the pathetic excuse for factions in the game..intentionally left crimson out), pretended to be a pirate, wasted time building ships for 0.5% of the games content, and fast traveled to settlements.

This ain't cyberpunk. That game, at its core, had incredible things in it. Remove the bugs and you have a great game.

I'll take a perfectly fine well written story with decent combat mechanics over an enormous galaxy of an open world with horrible writing.
I'd say gaming has indeed gone to shit when horrible writing and gameplay is viewed as incredible and the games with better writing and gameplay are slaughtered. The fuck up was the over hype that people fell into...the actual game is and was far from a fuck up.

Set your expectations super low and you'll not be disappointed. They've still to show actual gameplay....that's a red flag.
Redfall is an online co op games that was going to be receiving regular updates after release. However, it failed miserably so they gave up on it instantly.
Well they could've done a better version of the coop game. But yes...much better executions as a single player.

Starfield would be better if quests were better designed. Dialogue was more interesting. Rewards were more interesting. Exploration would be possible. Less fast traveling everywhere. More leveling choices and mechanics. A skill system. A better bounty/jail system. Better ship mechanics. Better enemy ai....Pretty much better everything and a return of a lot of systems that they removed.

Glad im not the only one who noticed. Its do dumb. I hate lazy dialogues and starfield has a lot of that throughout. I enjoyed it for about 4-5 hrs. Then I realized...another glorified fetch quest??? At that point I understood that perhaps the main story would do it for me....but it didnt.
I dont expect to come back to this game ever again. Which is a shame. thankfully cyberpunk 2077 exists.
I think I'm going to trade my old PS5 for the new version. It's definitely not as bulky looking
