I wont be surprised. It is true that physical media has declined...theres an easy answer. The majority dont care. But the hardcore base which could include 2 million on each side does. I imagine that physical media now makes up about 40% of all sales.
The issue here is these companies dont understand the demand for games. They dont know which will sell and which wont.
As @Omega stated. Someone stands to gain a lot if they keep the physical media. If bes...
Hades did new game plus better. For such a huge game new game plus doesn't work well. Why would you postpone spending time in a galaxy to lose everything for new game plus.
I'll say it is starfields ONLY good concept though.
So lets just pretend that microsoft hasnt been sitting on IP for decades.
Yeah...I think when you compare the investment...it is quite a lot less than that of other Bethesda games...
I generally out in about 80-100 hours on Bethesda games. So far me...I'd expect the same from starfield. Instead I could only stomach about 20...and forced by way to close to 40 I think. But it never got better...only worse.
Vertical kills disks. I wouldn't do it vertical anyways...I'm going trade mine I for the slim.
It kinda did. There hasn't been many actual exclusives this gen...but that's also cuz all their devs were wrapping up or wrapped up most of their games near the end or at the end of the PS4 era. I suspect we're going to see more exclusives 2024 and onward.
....there are varying degrees of shit. Some is more runny. Not pointing any fingers though.
@obscure
It might be news to you but Bobby kotick was as higher up as you can go. Tough to see shit from up there ..it's all management that's the issue here not 1 individual.
Huh? Who was saying that? It's bad for gamers and could be extremely bad for the industry but all that is obvious.
Sony isn't stupid....they'll have to purchase more studios...and this time...probably studios we'd all prefer stay independent...but..another awesome horrible trend set by Microsoft. They're the shit that just keeps on pushing.
Loyalty comes with constant good will and results. Sony has constantly been giving quality games. Xbox has not. The Xbox loyalty is extremely awkward ...it's been that of an abusive relationship.
I agree. A 0/10 is like if the individual forgot to write a score. 0 is not a number.
However, 0/10 in the review world as it is right now is user's ability to protest a game and get the attention set on the issues. As a developer I would value those scores as long as they had valid issues being mentioned. Its almost like direct feedback from players
You damn right. However, I think Xbox limit has been somewhere around a 2nd floor.
I dont know about legendary. Geez. But hey I'll agree with Phil. They're not good at making games so they have to buy others to make them..
In other words... get good? I really dont get why difficulty should deduct so many points... it doesnt make any sense.
He doesn't go into actual examples so we can only assume he's an experienced player and can distinguish difficult from cheap. Haven't heard of cheap difficulty since I was 10 so I guess this game is bringing it back then.
Basically. He likes everything in the game except the difficulty. But he doesn't call it difficult...he calls it cheap.
Don't understand the score at all. Doesn't fit the review since about 85% is spent praising the game.
Cyberpunk is leagues ahead of starfield. Horrible Bethesda like Bethesda game
That's not even the funny part.
The whole time Xbox fans were in denial about Xbox needing more studios and new games.
They've yet to really get great new games but they went and bought all the studios they could need.
It was PlayStation fans saying Microsoft needed to do something. Sure we didn't expect them to buy up the industry but nothing we can do now. Xbox fans never saw a problem.
Don't worry. They got no skills
LOL
Its going up in price dude. It will not be the best deal either because those games dont sell. It also isnt the best deal in gaming because most of the games on it arent new. The best deal in gaming is Steam. It always has been. Thats a healthy ecosystem right there. Gamefly is on par with that.
For casuals that jump from game to game with no direction...yeah sure...gamepass wins there.
