Which company far bigger than sony are they gearing up for?

@obz

Keep in mind the majority of sales used to come with playstation...when you remove them who knows how much it will sell. Either playstation owners adopt into the gamepass thing or they dont...and if they dont...well those sales numbers are gonna see a dramatic decrease.

I dont think omicron will be around much longer. Absolutely everyone I service for my job has or knows a bunch of people with that variant right now. It's making its rounds very quickly. Im sure in a few months omicron will be a thing of the past and hello to another new variant.

@phillydillydee

Okay so you basically have the learning capacity to beat all the souls games. You just described what many souls gamers go through.

You keep at it till you beat it.

I wonder...how did you manage to beat those bosses that took you 3+ attempts? Did you just get lucky or did you learn?

@realtedcruz

They can also just watch that in YouTube. Removing 85% of a game isn't exactly enjoying the full breadth of what the game offers.

How is removing content from the game equal to enjoying more of it?

Besides games overall aren't that challenging nowadays...they're all fairly easy.

Nope. Gaming is about having fun. If you're not having fun then don't play it. Not all games are for everyone it's like if I wanted a racing simulator to be an arcade ala burnout every time cuz I'm not good at racing simulators. That doesn't make any sense.

Difficulty usually has to do with the mechanics of a game and not much with simply adding more health bars to the enemies.

And besides how "easy" must it be to ensure ever...

Somber and epic at the same time.

They may answer with a Capcom purchase. They'd be able to get some good horror titles along with some fighting IP potential.

Very unlikely but also could get from software. From software got popular after demons souls which Sony fully funded and even more popular with Bloodborne...another leap in their genre.

Still waiting for that mutliplayer.

As is the case with about 95% of games out there. Very few games have distinct endings and progression.

Deviation games is apparently working on ps5 exclusive also.
Memebers from Treyarch I believe...we'll see what they make but I love it when sony invests in studios.

This guy is just lumping a bunch of people together based on his personal preference. He's so happy with the acqusition that hes got no problem insulting those that are not as happy as him.

Typical xbox fanboy. Not happy when someone else gets exclusives but perfectly happy when his preference buys out IP that were originally for all to enjoy.

You just keep on bringing that bull.
I dont play a single IP at this time from activision blizzard...not that it should matter at all.

You said, "Anybody against the acquisition would rather Bobby remain CEO of activision. Because that’s what would have happened. So either directly or indirectly they support the “toxic culture” at activision. Like I said, everybody cares until it’s their ass lmao. “F** that development culture I want cod!” Lmao"

Nope. The 2nd half is historically dry mainly because of all the 3rd party releases coming up to and during the holidays. So yes. Factually wrong since nothing has changed from previous years. Sony intentionally avoids the holidays.

And yes also wrong since we're about to get another exclusive.

We had returnal and ratchet as PS5 games throughout the year. That's usually the number you get from Sony. Sometimes you get 3 on a good year. Not counting...

Wow ...even more bull. You literally said that those not happy with the acquisition directly or indirectly support the workplace harassment situation.

I don't give a rats ass about CoD..not my type of game.

And I didnt claim to want anything in my post so your comment is even more dumb. Especially since CoD was always going to be on Xbox.

As I said...a load BS coming from you. Own your words and yeah you did demonize because deep do...

1458d ago 1 agree1 disagreeView comment

Wow that is a bunch of bull right there. Talk about spreading lies about a group of people just to demonize them.

Is your brain so limited that you can't see a situation where idk perhaps some don't want cod exclusive to one platform AND they don't want Bobby to remain.

If anything it stands to reason that he may only still be around because of this deal.

And most positively it's Xbox fans that will be quick to forget t...

Close. They paid 70billion for 5he IP. Talent didn't have much to do with it.

Perhaps there is potential but both Activision and Blizzard games have been stagnant for a while.

1458d ago 1 agree1 disagreeView comment

As great as that would be the deal wont finalize until end of fiscal year 2023. Until after that date MS wont really have a say as to where resources will be spent. So we wont realistically see anything until perhaps 2026 or later.

Gotta admit...I've always like Xbox console skins so much more than PlayStations.

PlayStations tend to look like stickers...where Xbox skins look like it took some thought.

Quite a few. How many scored incredibly high? How many of those were gotyr contenders.

That's the difference between having the same game over and over again vs innovating and improving. All these halos just for 343 to circle back to the feeling of older halos.
