In summary, to you personally the games on WiiU are more interesting than the games available on either the Xbox One or the PS4.
Well there's one person. Anyone else feel like Shadow of Mordor, Dragon Age Inquisition, Sunset Overdrive, Far Cry 4, along with the upcoming Witcher 3, The Order, Bloodborne, Quantum Break, Uncharted 4, or Halo 5 couldn't possibly be compelling reasons to choose an Xbox One or PS4 over the WiiU?
So no?

Destiny also has significant differences between the shipped game and the dev diaries. Entire story missing in all versions.
I noticed that yesterday when I started it up. I just looked at the screen contemplating which bell or whistle they could have cut out in order to bump up the AA a bit. Jaggies are the worst.
True or not, I learned a while back to never click on a gampur link.
I really enjoyed Dragon Age 2 until I came to the point where all I was doing was pulling up the map and fast traveling to quests over and over again. Once I came to the realization that I wasn't engaged in the story whatsoever I just gave up on the game.
Average for review scores is somewhere between 7 and 8. That may not make sense to a math major, but it's the way the gaming industry is set up. 5/10 equals failure in game reviews, just like it does in the US educational system.
Of course there's also the possibility that Quantum Break looks great and the new Rare game put a smile on Phil Harrison's face.
The silver lining to having that extra 500GB laying around is if your shiny new 1TB or 2TB tanks at some point you'll be able to swap in the factory HDD and keep playing.
Sure that's a viable option, but that doesn't take away from how utterly shortsighted an 8GB or 32GB internal is. At least 500GB could potentially function for people willing to delete games they've finished. An 8GB can't even handle updates.
Sure an external isn't that expensive, but the costs add up. What if I want three extra controllers? That's another $180. Then every time a new game comes out I have to shell out more money for those. It's like Microsoft expects us to keep spending money like gaming is some sort of costly hobby. Shouldn't all of this stuff be included in the console purchase?

Even Bungie themselves have addressed the issue of material farming and stated that they will make changes so that obtaining upgrade materials will be more hunting, less gathering.
This isn't simply a response to a vocal minority, it's a realization that there are areas that can be improved. Destiny has a lot of areas that need improvement. I suspect the game will be quite different, and much better, in a year or so.
I'm loving the MCC, but I have to agree with anyone calling into question the game design of Halo:CE. I just finished playing through the campaign yesterday and that's gotta be the most repetitive level design I've ever seen. Tons of the same exact three or four rooms repeated over and over again connected by boring corridors. The basic gameplay and outdoor environments are great though.
Halo:CE was amazing back in the day, but now it's just really tired. T...
Have you considered the possiblity that some people may not want every single game offered through PS+?
The current method allows all PS+ subscribers to choose if they want the games offered. Not everyone wants every single PS+ free game on their purchase history.
That Battletoads tease was the most memorable part of Kinect Sports Rivals.
I loved it for a few weeks, played it like an addict every single day. But once I hit level 28 and finished the raid it became painfully apparent that all I had left was farming resources to upgrade gear that would eventually be replaced by raid gear that would lead to further resource farming. I loved the game like no other up until it became a farm fest.
Truth. I'm just thinking of the possibilities the new hardware provide to devs. I'm hoping we'll see more features like the nemesis system in SoM and the features in GTAV over the coming years.
Well the Xbox One with three games deal at Walmart really isn't that huge of a "deal" considering it's the AC bundle which is $349 everywhere, plus an additional game for the grand total of $399. So they're just throwing in another game along with a $50 markup.
You could just go anywhere and pick it up with the same extra game and maybe pay $10 more than this offer.
It's strange that people look at "unseemly" material like GTA V and come to the conclusion that it somehow promotes destructive sexual acts.
Billions of people consume pornographic material on a daily basis. Real footage of real people having real sex. Yet somehow a cartoon version of someone engaging in the act becomes an introduction to rape kit just because you're pressing buttons with your thumbs while it's playing out?
