Marvel approached MS at the time and they said no, they approached Sony who said yes, so not comparable scenarios at all. You xbox guys love your false equivalences, b-but spidermuhn without any thought.
Also lets just ignore that Marvel were trying to get Spidey in the MCU at the time so Sony probably definitely had some leverage and negotiating power there.
I enjoyed skyrim a lot, even Fallout 4 despite plenty of people not. But Starfield showed me that Bethesda hasn't really evolved at all, and they've spent too long between big releases.
Music to my ears, let ND stick to what they've been good at for many years. If they are desperate for an MP mode just made a fun one like they had in the first game and uncharted, don't need to have battle passes and MTs out of the eyeballs.
I know, everything has to have a million battle passes, ridiculously expensive cosmetics, constant patches to ruin the balance to force players to then grind for the latest gear and keep them 'engaged'.
'Single player games are expensive to make are barely breakeven even with 20ml in sales.'
Source?
Incredible level of copium and mental gymnastics btw, tell me how nintendo have been doing without any 1st party gaas games? How have Sony been doing?
The answer to that is significantly better than Microsoft ever have.
Cherry picked reviews to inflate the metascore, no sales data, replying to steam reviews, now this? MS really have rubbed off on them.
DF can't risky upsetting daddy Phil. It's crazy how much of the gaming media act like MS apologists.
So much copium in one post.
@darth there is also an Xbox troll that's been doing this for months, countless alts to upvote comments and mass downvote others, I don't think much can be done about either tbh.
Unless I'm missing something, but what gives epic the right to host their game wherever they want and dictate the cut that storefronts charge for this service? Without these storefronts they wouldn't make any money.
But I've not been following all these cases closely so correct me if I'm wrong.
The concept of a blade game is cool, but it seems like it'll be 3-4+ years away? Why announce it so early?
Good to see this so resolved, hopefully we also see the on/off performance problems fixed too.
Well this isn't great, glad I only use a random burner email address not tied to anything here.
Really? Did you forget about a little something called covid 19 killing supplies for almost 1-2 years? Come on now.
Being outsold by the mediocre X1 is bad on matter what way you try to put in.
'It's simple....it's not an important metric of success.'
Then what is? Sub numbers? That have been stagnant as we saw from the FTC files, and are lower than PS+ and Nintendo online numbers. Good games? Sony and Nintendo have outdone them for years on that front, although I guess if you count the multiplatform IPs they bought up and were getting anyway, maybe they'll finally start making good on that now. Revenue? I guess if there is a good margin and yo...
Sony own the Demons Souls and Bloodborne IP, I wish they'd do something with Bloodborne at the very least.
But they don't reveal sub numbers either? At least not very often. And didn't they stop reporting hardware sales before gamepass was a thing?
It's obvious why they stopped reporting them years ago and why they continue to omit and dance around any real, concrete figures.
They only reveal numbers that make them look good, so not very many of them. Let's face it, if console sales were anywhere near PS or Nintendo or gamepass subs were skyro...
Look at the usual sad idiot here and his alts upvoting his own comments lmao.
Don't keep responding to this sad troll and his daily accounts, it'll be gone shortly.
I see this being brought up a lot, without evidence to somehow justify what MS tried to pull. All copium.
