With talent like Norris and Horbury, I'm not surprised at all that this has turned out to be such a raging success. Good on them! Hope other people recognise what an awesome game this is.
As with any mobile FPS, what's going to make or break this game is the implementation of the controls. If it's anything like Dead Trigger then I reckon we're on to a winner here.
Yeah you just wonder at what point they're going to snap. I've been a fan of their work ever since The Walking Dead. But let's not forget they've churned out some rubbish too like the Back to the Future series.
This guy must be seriously dedicated and talented to be doing everything. For his sake, I really hope that the game is a commercial success. But I suppose for someone like Happ, just getting this labour of love out into the wild will be a reward unto itself.
I was actually realling looking forward to SimCity Build It. But I read so many completely terrible reviews about it that I didn't even bother. That is freemium in its worst form!
I'm cautiously optimistic about the title. Fire monkeys have a good track record. But EA...
I am a massive fan of both Borderlands and Telltale. But I think the first ep should be rated slightly lower than 4.5. Maybe a 4, or even 3.5. The first hour or so focusing on Rhys starts off really slowly and lacks any sort of punch. It's only towards the middle where it really begins to pick up with Fiona. Nonetheless, an excellent start to the series and one I am looking forward to continue playing!
Yikes, this is looking mighty fine. The more I see and hear of this title, the more excited I get!
Far out, man. Trippy :)
This has to be up there as one of my favourite digital gamebooks of all time. Dever is a fantastic author and I love the flow of the combat. A fitting end to the series!
I'm not the biggest fan of Molyneux, but he always manages to create a storm of intrigue about any project he works on. Colour me interested.
I like the concept. But in terms of practicality I think it's a little silly. I certianly wouldn't want to have cables and consoles all over my walls like that. Still, kudos to him for doing it!
Man 2014 was such an incredible year for gamebooks. I have had an absolute blast. Thanks for the heads up on this one.
I like what they're doing with the Witcher franchise. A physical board game and now this. I think a MOBA will feel pretty natural given the source material.
Despite not being particualrly found of either two fuys, I'm pretty keen to get stuck in to Vainglory. Heard it is fantastic.
A good mixture of fairly stressful suspense and then jump scares. Like, literally made me jump in the middle of a train full of people. Got some weird looks that's for sure.
Some pretty excellent titles on this list. Five Nights At Freddys scared the hell out of me!
How would that even work, seriously? I must admit it does sound like a barrel of fun though
Yeah I checked out the Kickstarter for it. A working prototype will set you back a pretty penny at $10,000
Personally, I would actually love an excuse to purchase a Steam Machine, if only because they seem like a really neat addition to my living room. But at this stage I just can't justify the purchase because I feel like it would only collect dust.
