Then you're blind.
Why else are Microtransactions still around? It's because they are making tons of money from them. And people like us on internet forums are the small minority of gamers.
Wanna know how I'm right? Go on Facebook and read the comments sections of feeds advertising video games. It makes me sick. It's basically the exact opposite of what we see here. Most people here are on board with MT's being a bad thing. But on Fa...
At the end of the day, I want Diablo and its trading to be exactly how it's always been. Which means being able to trade gear between players with no limit.
You're talking about people getting their gear legitimately? It's an RNG based loot game. The items that drop for you have absolutely nothing to do with skill. You could beat the same content 100ntimes and never have the item you want or need drop for you. Thats especially true when it comes to set items. Me...
I'm not talking about trading the items at some random website. I'm talking about trading between players. I find an item I don't need, my buddy has something I want, so we swap items with each other.
What the hell does a "random rich kid" have to do with that?
I don't WANT there to be an auction house or store with real money. I want players to be able trade gear between each other like they've always been able to do in Diab...
Yeah I don't like the idea of not being able to trade the most powerful items. What this sounds like is all the white/Grey items (trash) will be traceable as much as you want. Which.......who cares?
Blue and purple items can be traded once. Which.......why limit it?
And the Legendary/Unique items can't be traded. Which.......sounds like they are going to try monetizing something. I don't think they would be dumb enough to put the Auction House...
"End up in development hell"? Its BEEN in development hell. They first announced this game back when they announced the PS4.
Psychic powers. You should get some. They are useful.
Well, the Joker was a terrible DC film. It was a great movie. But a terrible DC film. It was even a terrible Joker film.
So are we saying Death Stranding is a terrible Action Adventure game? Because I don't believe that.
Right? Blizzard has a history of announcing their games extremely early.
StarCraft 2 was announced in May, 2007 and didn't release until July, 2010.
Diablo 3 was announced in June, 2008, and didn't release until May, 2012.
Its not like its out of the ordinary for Blizzard to announce games at a Blizzcon years early.
Especially after people were pissed and chanting "Diablo 4" a year ago when they announced tha...
Gamers aren't even strong enough to make a stand on something that directly effects them, like microtransactions.
No way in hell they make a stand for something happening on the other side of the planet that has no effect on them.
That's assuming, of course, that people even believe all this controversy in the first place.
The way I see it, buying a Blizzard game does not mean someone is okay with what is going on in China. Th...
It's not a matter of one bad game. (Even though Fallout 76 is definitely one VERY bad game!)
You only need to look at their business practices and poor, anti-consumer practices that they somehow seem to make even worse week after week.
This is not the same Bethesda it once was. They clearly no longer care about making good games. If they did, then they would have tried fixing 76 by now. They wouldn't have released a broken, $100 subscription servi...
Whether the world is more interesting g in FO76 or not doesn't really matter. 76 is a broken mess of a game that Bethesda refuses to fix, and instead, they released a paid subscription that also didn't work.
I don't know how you, or anyone can possibly be defending FO76. You are the reason Betheada will continue down this road. Because you prove that they don't need to release quality, or even halfway working games.
Why is it that when hyped games come out to mediocre or poor reviews, its always, "I don't listen to reviews. I play games for myself and make my own judgements". But the second a game like this comes out, that was hyped beyond the moon and has incredible review scores, all of a sudden the reviews matter and are to be trusted?
Interesting how that works.
(Not saying you do this. I just find it funny how reviews only matter when it fits peopl...
I have no interest in the game, so I don't really have a dog in the fight, but where are you getting that from? The vast majority of the reviews I've seen are perfect scores, with only one that was 6, and one that was a 3.
"What does that prove? Why you are showing me super ugly game like Diablo 3?"
It proves that these are not PS3 graphics.
I'm not sure this makes sense to me.
"The reason why the first metal gear game is a classic is because in that generation the playstation was sony's first console so the games comeing from that system had to be good"
I get what you mean, but that certainly doesn't mean Metal Gear would have been good no matter what. Kojima made MGS good. By this logic, bad games are made on purpose because they don't HAVE to be good?
...
Both lol.
He is without a doubt a creative genius. You don't create franchises like Metal Gear, Snatcher, Zone of the Enders, and Death Stranding without being a creative genius.
But he's also a little overrated, but let me explain. People view him as a god among the industry that can do no wrong. When Death Stranding was first announced, people were already saying, "Day one for me!", or "Game of the year congtender!". Which w...
You keep mentioning how he's not an EA employee. Let me help you out here:
1. The league is an EA league.
2. Everyone that is in that league, is a representative of EA, whether they are technically employees or not.
3. Every league, even sports, don't want unsavory people in their personal life playing in their league. I'll use the NFL as an example. NFL players are not paid by the NFL. They are paid by the teams they play f...
He never said it was. He's clearly disagreeing with what Norman Reedus said. As are most people in this thread.
I think unique is not the right word to use here lol.
P.T. (Silent Hills), as great as it was, was still a horror game about a guy in a haunted house. This has been seen many times before. Considering it was a Silent Hill game its easy to imagine that alternate dimensions probably would have played a part in it. But that isn't unique either, especially considering Silient Hill has done that in all of its games.
Death Stranding was so unique and off th...
Such an ignorant comment. I don't even know where to begin...
