1. People need to read the articles before knee jerking to a headline. It is misleading.
2. The article is simply explaining the differences between the Standard, Deluxe, and Super Deluxe editions. Its not post launch DLC and the author needs to learn the difference.

The only reason it outsold other games is because people were tricked. The devs lied about what would be in the game at launch. They showed videos of supposed gameplay and talked about them in interviews like it would all be there.
They admitted as much long after launch when Murray went into hiding and then finally came out and said they would...

No they couldn't have all just moved to the Andromeda Galaxy.
This crew left the Milky Way before the events of Mass Effect 2 happen. It takes 600 years to get there. There's no way they could have moved the entire galaxy's population to Andromeda. Never mind the fact that it would be a huge risk in itself considering they have no idea what is waiting for them in Andromeda, or if they would even make it there alive.
But see, if they did something too drastic, which is what it sounds like you want, then people would trash it and say "it isn't Mass Effect enough".
Just look at RE7. They make a game closer to the original RE than anything we've seen in well over a decade and people complain because its first person.
Its just not possible to please everyone. When making a new game in a franchise there's a balancing act where you can't change too...

Just because this game is 600 years in the future and in a different galaxy does not mean future games cannot go back to a Post-Shephard Milky Way to get these answers...
