Uh....yeah, pretty much.

Let me rephrase then because I can see how maybe my comment was a little vague.
The controls of For Honor lend tremendously to the feel of the combat system, as well as the tension that I described when I mentioned circling each other and waiting to see who will attack.
Why, you might ask? Please allow me the pleasure to explain. In For Honor you are given 3 directions in which to block. You are also given 3 directions to at...
No thats not what I meant. At all. Mostly because this game couldn't be any more different from the Souls series. Controls, the feel of your character, the world itself is mostly bright and colorful, the stretegy involved is totally different.
Maybe try playing the game before making comments like that to people that actually have played it. Just a thought.
I love this game so far, but this is a very valid point. I've stuck mostly to 1v1. Its an awesome experience. No other game has done anything quite like this. The feeling of circling each other waiting to see what the other is going to do or who is going to swing first is a feeling unlike any other game. Unless you're fighting a Viking. They always seem to come in swinging. Filthy Vikings.

Really? If people don't see things the same way you do then they are not "a true gamer"?
You don't get to decide who is a true gamer based on your own preferences in the industry. Things don't work like that.
I haven't bought a game in a long time where the online was complete garbage at launch. Sure servers can get laggy at times, but thats any game, really, and it isn't always the fault of the game.
But then again, I don't play tons of games online either. Some. But not a lot.
Me neither.
Give them time to sort it out before throwing around the refund word. Like I said above, I played for 3 hours straight and didn't have a single issue.
I played for about 3 hours and didn't have a single issue. Its a really fun, strategic fighter.
Ninja Gaiden is a totally different type of game than Nioh. Its a fast-paced, incredibly technical action game. It has its own place and should not mirror the Nioh/Dark Souls/Bloodborne formula. They too have their own place.
I know I'm getting it today after work.
I wouldn't expect single player campaigns to be very long. The good thing is that each faction gets their own campaign. So that could possibly stretch it out a little.
Either way, this is a multiplayer focused game. I would not expect the campaign mode to be the best part of this game. In fact i wouldn't expect much out of it at all.
Multiplayer does look fun though and all the customization is really well done looking.
Wallace lied to you.
Meh, they're two completely different games that shouldn't be compared.
Does the screen spin around all crazy when you do a hurricane kick?
@ Goldby
I'm not saying Trump is the best pick for president by any means. But to act like stricter immigration laws are going to start a world war is ridiculous. Especially when pretty much every country in the world has had stricter immigration laws than the US for decades.
Its an ignorant comment. Plain and simple. Every other country recognizes the importance of it, but if the US does the same thing it will piss them off and start a world war? Com...
Yeah but the same can be said about any game. At the end of the day devs need to be careful about leaving game-breaking exploits in games. They are potential game killers, and there are always those people who will use those exploits as if they were meant to be part of the game. This seems like a poor design flaw to me.
Yeah. Inquisition's combat was a goddamn joke. If it wants to be full on strategy, which it should be and clearly wanted to be, then all it would have taken is a better tactical camera system. Allow players to queue up multiple actions at once. Not this one thing at a time nonsense. Queueing up multiple actions during the pause screen would have fixed the whole system.
Instead we're stuck either pausing the game every second to reissue new orders, or just controllin...
You mean the rest of the world that has had much stricter immigration laws than the US for generations?
It has a campaign...
