There are about a million better reasons to build a PC that does not include having to play No Man's Sky.
Its funny because I bought that game years ago and had no idea it was a Contra game until after I started playing it and heard that classic theme when the main menu slowly scrolled on the screen.
It was a great game!
Unfortunately you are probably right.
But I would love a return to form.
This game was such a shame.
It needed more variety. All the enemies were just uninteresting people, even the "bosses" were just normal guys with more health.
And the Dark Zone was a giant disaster that could have been fantastic. It was a great idea bit poorly implemented.
Also, better gear that isn't just jackets and beanies.
Me and my friends did have a blast with the co-op tho. I would be interested i...
Max Light Level doesn't need to be the end. You can always try to collect all the exotics. Try to get a team together for the Raids. Collect Legendary weapons with the abilities you want for them. There's much more than just your level.
It adds more exotics and of course you can still get the old exotics you still dont have.
Reaching the Max Light Level is not the end of the game. In both D1 and D2 collecting all the exotics is what keeps me playing.
I loved Horizon Zero Dawn. But if we're being honest, it was just another open world game. Sure it had cool robot enemies. But aside from that, it didn't do anything truly unique. In fact, a lot of the features can be found in Far Cry games.
I haven't played Breath of the Wild, so I can't comment on it, but HZD, as great as it is, wasn't anything new.
To be fair accessories are not required. You can enjoy the Switch by just buying the console and a game.
For a lot of people, they never played those re-released games, like Mario Kart 8 or Pokken Tournament. Those were WiiU games, and we all know how bad that console failed. So these re-releases are new for a lot of people.
The hardware isn't up to spec with the xbox or PS4, but its still a step up from previous Nintendo consoles. Also, the idea of ...
Its not too different from the 3DS versions, actually. As soon as I started playing the beta I instantly knew what buttons to press for everything without having to look any of it up because its all exactly the same.
The biggest difference is the map not being broken into sections, but to me that has been a much needed upgrade for the past few titles.
I fully expected this to be a watered down piece of garbage, but I was pleasantly surprised with the beta...
The article is poorly written, but I think he got $300 for a Christmas gift and used it to buy blankets for the kids at the shelter.
I could be wrong though. Again, poorly written...
Because believe it or not, some people prefer Xbox over PS4 and Switch.
If you want to play that game you could easily say no one NEEDS video games at all...
Unfortunately I think you're right.
Bad Company 2 was the best BF game of all time. If they are able to capture that again this will be awesome!
Unfortunately I'm not holding my breath. I expect this to be just the name.
Yeah she already has Minecraft for PS4 or I definitely would have gotten that too.
Metroid is the biggest draw to the Switch for me. Don't get me wrong, I'm excited to play Zelda, but I'm not sure how I'll like all the changes.
Metroid has always been one of my favorite franchises, but I haven't been able to play them since Prime 1. So ANYTHING Metroid is a big deal for me.
Can't wait to see the look on my daughter's face when she opens this for Christmas.
Switch
Just Dance
Mario Odyssey
Pokken Tournament DX
She's going to flip her shit.
I might have gotten Zelda and Mario Kart for me and the wife also.....
Have you ever played Until Dawn? In the parts where you actually control your character I half expected to see a zombie come around the corner and STARS members popping out. That game should be used for a new Resident Evil. At least the controls and engine. It just felt like the perfect update to make all Resi fans happy.
Realistic, creepy environments, a feeling of being truly under-powered, collecting items for puzzles. Its just too perfect to not do it!
So it sounds like you can't really die. Like the first Prey game. You die. Go to an alternate plane or reality, then go back to your body and continue from where you died.
Games like that bother me. Its like there's no real stakes. You know you will never have a game over screen and have to try again. No real incentive to try and stay alive.
To be fair I don't expect any more announcements that aren't DLC.
The game comes out in a month. I'm pretty sure this is the full roster.
