"If you aren't good enough"? Aren't loot boxes awarded whether you win or lose? Nothing is rewarded based on your skill in this game. Or am I wrong?
This guy kind of said why this would be a bad idea right in the beginning of his article, but somehow twisted it to be a good thing.

There wouldn't be an advantage. In fact it would be a weakness. If MS started a new generation this early then in two years, or whenever the PS5 comes out, the Xbox One X would be so far behind the curve it would be embarrassing. They wold have had to come out with another console upgrade when PS5 was just coming out with their first one.

You know, I thought that might be a way to do it too. I kind of hope not though. I would rather be able to actually play as any of them. It would make sense though. And the trailer did kind of make Leo look like the main one, but it could have just been them showing Leo being a leader.
I expect them to play as one character, and there are a few ways they could do it:
1. Have each turtle be worth half a health bar with a tag mechanic that lets you call in turtles whenever you want. (Each round you get 2 full bars.)
2. Pick one turtle to be the one you play as and have their own special moves, but also each turtle has their button combination that lets them do assist tyoe moves when they are not being used as the main turtle.
...
Or both!
The world NEEDS a new Rogue Squadron game. Or any Star Wars flight sim for that matter.

All I know is that they better be telling the truth that they have removed crafting materials for guns and epic star cards from the Loot Chests and made them unlock by progressing your character. Because if not, and its still a giant P2W-fest then they are going to piss off a lot of people.

Toys R Us is far from "dead and buried". They filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy, which is something struggling businesses do to reorganize and restructure. Companies do it all the time. Hell, even Donald Trump did it years and years ago and he's considered one of the most successful businessmen to ever live, regardless what anyone thinks of his laughable presidency. Marvel Comics also did it back in the 90's, almost two full decades before Disney bought them.

Fair enough, man. But I wasn't singling out CoD. The same should can be said about any game that releases like this, and it happens too often.
It makes me wonder what the point of the beta is. 90% of the time its for online stress testing. So what happened?
You're right, it does happen often nowadays. But it shouldn't. And we shouldn't be okay with it when it does. Just my opinion.

I'm pretty tired of Skyrim. I had it on my 360 last gen and I have the remaster of PS4.
I'm bought a Switch for my family for Christmas. I figure the PS4 and Switch are a great combination. Just like Xbox One and Switch would be.

I'm a big fan of the Worms games, but this is a big disappointment after the great months we've had recently.
The only things in Destiny 2's MT's that are one time use are shaders. And after a couple weeks of playing you should have tons of shaders to not even matter. Also, shaders and everything else are sold with very easily obtainable in-game currency. The shop swaps these items out every week. No one should feel any pressure whatsoever to buy any currency in D2.
