Thats the only one which made me laugh. Mainly because I don't think I have ever pulled a lever either
I like the scantily clan ladies......not so much the balloon boobs ones though. Taki looked best in the early Soul games IMHO.
Does the 360 and PS3 versions have split screen co-op? I wanted to play this with somebody in the same room as me on a HD console. Surely a radical concept like this isn't exclusive to non-HD consoles? Surely HD consoles have enough power to make this happen? Or is it only last gen consoles which have the power to do this?
/sarcasm
The backwards compatibility. Play my PS2 games in high def would have been amazing. Plus, my space for both a PS3 is limited unfortunately so setting up the ps2 as well is really a pain.
if I hadn't already played legend!
it has to be a joke.....
Who would call a guy Tos-R? You know what that sounds like right?
Yes this is the first game on the PS3 from SE but this has been designed from the ground up on the PS3. This isn't a port. Add this to the amount of time they have been developing the game for and I expect an engine that is essentially optimised for the PS3.
Now, I am not sure how this would change since the decision to put the game in the 360. It probably has affected how game has been designed from that point onwards. The port will always have to be considered.
I completely agree with what you say. FFXII is bad and shallow. It has a nice production value but no real depth.
Why is it the only side quests they could come up with involved more battling? I think the main game involves more than enough battling already.
Read the news recently? How many "calls" for broadband modernisation have their been? How many independant projects have start because ISP's don't want to fund upgrades themselves?
UK only has the infrastructure in Cities and even then it's not everywhere. I live in a city and I can only get about 4 mb/s which in reality is about 120 kb/s download on average. I am told I live "too far from the exchange" to get anything better. So for me to get better, either t...
is the now the way companies reveal game news?
What is the world coming to!? :P
this is some seriously geeky detail. I watched the star trek series but I have no idea when it comes to all the ship classes.
Everyone has upgraded apart from the people who really don't care so much. And the people who don't care are not the people who this game is targeted at.
I really think that 3D has arrived at a 1.5 next gen tv juncture and so adoption is going to be slow.
Speaking for myself, I have just bought my high def tv and I don't intend on getting another for 3D. I just don't have the cash or the inclination.
I like the theory and I would like to add something about PS3 dev time for those rumoured multi's. But there just isn't enough data to make any assumptions. If I did it would just be wild nonsensical rubbish.
but I don't think I will be helping them. The casual/social/whatever games just isn't my thing. While there is loads of money to be made there I don't think developing games just on the PS3 and 360 will make them that money.
And that's why we loved it!
I think I will skip the multiplayer for this game. The single player is what the game was about. I have a feeling the single player won't be quite as good if focus is put on a multiplayer aspect.
Gaming journalism in general is not allowed on this site? Just because the site is called News 4 Gamers doesn't mean it just has to have news?
"News and any other generally related article 4 gamers" just doesn't quite have the same sound does it?
In my opinion it is a great way to advertise a game. It will get the attention of everyone, gamer or not. So this means that people who can get the game will be told about it, people who can't get the game will be stopped (because their parents have seen this and know what the game is about). It lets people know exactly what the game is about in a take-it or leave-it kind of way.
There is no misleading like there possibly was with Halo Wars.
this has to be being ported as we speak. They have spent enough time what I would call "testing the water" as to whether the game will be a success in the western territories (this is what they were doing with the small announcements we have seen regarding western territories where they say things like "might" and "maybe" and "unconfirmed").
So they have generated the buzz......now give us the dates!
Why is it I don't see a difference between them? even in their videos?
Don't get me wrong, I don't have any problem staring at large breasts, fictional or real, but the characters just seem a little more real when they have more realistic proportions. Rather than looking like they have just stepped out of a hentai movie.
This is just my humble opinion of course.
Still, i always like discussing this titillating subject!
Is there any spoken speech in this game or is it just voice bubbles?
