I was satisfied by Expedition and I expect that to be the same case with this pack. Seems like Respawn's keeping a consistent theme with map packs too: one industrial-esque backdrop that won't be as highly regarded b/c of its backdrop instead of its design and two maps with in more unexpected settings. :P
Appreciate you sharing your thoughts here, Mr. Amirkhani. That last sentence is a pretty cool sendoff.
Oddly enough, it's not presented in a thought bubble and makes a loud aural queue whenever I see a spy sneaking around.
Well...there's already italics regarding where to purchase and their site info posted. I guess when there's already that much presented with each article, it starts to look like that one scene in The Critic:

"One of the things I think was particularly unique (for better or for worse) with the development of ASM is that pretty much everything in the game was built from the beginning to the end."
I typically don't see that sort of pre-planning for a game. Almost sounds like it had the same amount of preparation of producing a movie does. Not that on-the-fly decisions are inherently a bad thing.
Hope that dedication and long hours has paid off you fi...
Looks like some of the choices in this game will have some terrible consequences.
Nice write-up, FogKnight.
Definately been another game that's on my radar.
I must admit: it's rather annoying to see the "Buy it from steam!" direct link picture at the bottom here. I don't remember seeing that for the other games here.
FPS SHUMP called Drunken Robot Pornography...
...
How is this not the best selling game of all time yet?
Elegy For A Dead World is something I've kept on my radar since it was announced. One of the most interesting indie concepts to me.
Especially with the heavier emphasis on player creation and online challenges.
Never heard of the company until DRP was announced. Looks like a good game.
^Heh...that's a good point.
@randomass171
"Thank you and the other mods for this great event!"
I didn't take any part in this year's event...but I'll take your thanks anyways. :P
"Moral of the story? If you want to make video games you should do something entirely different and then wait for it to fall into your lap completely by chance! I'm pretty sure that's the best strategy."
Sounds like the route taking less effort so I'm in! :P
I'm hesitant to be excited about any new VR stuff, regardless of how much a company's paid for their tech, because the hype's been cyclical for some time now. Before I was gaming, there was tech floating about out there hyping up VR as the next big thing.
Wait and see, I guess.
Considering it has the same character limit as twitter for their arguments, it'd be tough for logic to win. It looks like it's more about better witticisms than your opponent on random matches.
Slam Bolt Scrappers honestly look very, very interesting. Strange I never noticed it before on PSN.
You're a *enter mean name here*!
We're going by n4g's rules. :P
Seems unfair for you to be allowed to state your agreement with the editorial (below this reply) and not for Blacklash to state his disagreement.
One that rings a bell for me was the Alan Wake Collector's Edition. 20 extra dollars for a cool case, soundtrack, bonus disc, and a 130-page book providing more background into the game's world.
It's almost like a bad omen to have a fairly-priced collector's edition when it comes to financial success. :(
