Not only is the 3ds an older platform, but Nintendo still frequently releases first party games for it. Huge titles like two Dragon Quest games and Yokai Watch are coming, and Animal Crossing and Zelda are this year. Next year is a Mario RPG and whatever else is unannounced. This is not counting indies or third party games.
The closest thing to a big game Vita got this year was a port of Revelations 2.
You just sound bitter saying the 3ds is getting shovelwar...
Well said
Its also a lot of these same people criticizing the Wii U for its lack of games. That platform has its problems as well, but i would argue Nintendo's supported their struggling platform much better. What exactly has Sony done for the Vits this year? Bought a port of Revelations 2?
Like maniac said above its fine to like the Wii U or Vita but one needs to accept that neither platform has lived up to their promise, and that's why they dont se...
I wish esam had. Would've been crazy to see a neglected character like pikachu beat the best player with the best character, sheik.
I never said you did. Factor doesn't mean "the defacto thing", it means a piece of it. It's just that i always see that in these articles. "Many/ a lot/ millions/ the majority will attest to my side of the argument."
Im not trying to attack you whatsoever. Its just a huge pet peeve because generalizing can ruin an otherwise fine argument to the unbiased spectator.
But this is such a strange thing to fake. They also have a new interface and new announcer clips.
He's had some close calls lately.
I agree that violent video games are not a serious factor in crime, but you say a lot of unsubstantiated stuff.
"In fact we've all seen that violent crimes have DECREASED. Many attribute..."
Who is "many"? Where's the statistic that says video games are a factor in crime decrease (and not the increase in police force as well as incarceration)? A controversial topic such as this can't just throw out introspection as fact.
Might as well just get the MCC 1 TB bundle. A game with significantly more content and twice the storage.
I wonder if the addition of a new protagonist is segueing into the future of the series. Im pretty sure ND will move on after 4 but its still a valuable IP and Sony might hand it off to another developer.
Yeah this is nothing new, PS3 has always done marginally worse than 360 at open world games.
Needlessly political intro for a game that looks pretty good. Once it's done and polished im sure it'll play great.
Unless it has a nintendo logo on it, price will be halved within a year most of the time. It's crazy that nintendo gets away with selling their games for full price year after year. At least their games function at launch though.
You can contact the mods and ask for it to be reversed.
I think someone misread your comment because there's nothing wrong with it.
VR is still an unproven market, especially for consoles. The amount of power required to make a game run at a healthy framerate on VR is insane, and the consoles aren't powerful enough to render anything approaching realism (the entire point of VR), including the ps4.
This is assuming many people are willing to drop hundreds on a non bundled peripheral with limited support in the first place, which they rarely are.
LOL the author is so passive aggressive, i love it.
That's honestly true of all the companies, i've always said we see the best of each one when they are cornered and need to try their best to win back fans. I don't think PS plus (and then GWG) would've ever come around were it not for the PS3's slow start.
The only one seeming to disprove that is Nintendo, we will see where they go.
I dont know why you got disagrees either.
Recore is scheduled for spring, and Crackdown is actually set for Q2-Q3 which means it could hit before the holidays.
The people agreeing with Skippy should check their facts.
But the disagrees are always crazy on articles like these lol.
There was something about Sega, they had an offbeat sense of humor and a lot of underdog, young talent looking to make their mark. It's sad that the last vestige for Sega's old charm is the Yakuza series.
Imo, Saturn and original Xbox are the most underrated consoles. The Dreamcast was never underrated, it was held in high regard in 1999 and even higher regard since. But the saturn was an unjust punchline for way too long.
@Spotie
It was basically the same as the original games but censored as crap, no new game+, and an extra weapon and boss. Only significant advantage was it looked better.
NG Black is generally considered to be the more difficult and preferred version...
Spoilers:
I mentioned in my review a few months ago that i HATED Claire in this game. It was my biggest gripe, really. She was like a recolored Jill (almost like they wrote her in last minute) with a stern personality and deeper voice, but then she acted like a total dope as she refused that her love interest was obviously a bad dude. In Code V she wasn't blinded by love, got s*** done as well as had a personality, etc.
Barry was perfect though :D
