bayonetta 2, hyrule warriors, smash, mario kart, yarn yoshi, X, the new zelda, DK, fire emblem x SMT, and thats just from nintendo (or whats been announced).
Its obvious whenever you comment on wii u articles that you dont have much interest in the system, because you dont seem to know what's coming out. At least it seems that way.
OT: with retro hiring ex employees from crytek, naughty dog, rare, zipper, amongst other prestige studios, they have to be working on more than...
@NewMonday
Right, they'll erase all the progress they've made, designing this game around 12 players after testing more, developing this game around whatever it is the AI is doing in conjunction with the player, and they'll release another sci fi FPS with 32 or whatever player MP, respawning vehicles for 3 or 4 people to camp until they spawn, and with a 4 hour campaign, etc...
I find it funny when people complain that the FPS genre feels too samey, then a game lik...
@NewMonday
Lol i like how you're continuing to assume how the AI works in titanfall. YOU HAVEN'T PLAYED THE GAME, DUDE! Why can't you comprehend the idea that you aren't anymore knowledgeable about a game that none of us have played? The fact that your mech can defend itself doesnt kill anything, like it has pinpoint lock on or something xD. It's probably more powerful being controlled by a pilot, otherwise you'd never want to use it in a competitive game. When...
@BlackTar
The same reasont there's hype for Uncharted 4, X on wii u, Cyberpunk 2077, Halo 5 and etc...
Becuase it had a good trailer. Plus we can assume that it's an fps with parkour elements and giant mechs, that in itself is a cool concept.
Edit: Fair enough, but also something like Everybody's Gone to the Rapture, The Last Guardian, and pretty much every game last e3 with a prerendered trailer, some of them we know nothing about the gameplay, ev...
"Oh, and I keep seeing people thinking we’ve got “bots” when we talk about AI. Thats not how they are. The AI in Titanfall are not replacements for human players. Our playercount is not 6v6 because of AI - AI play their own role in the game and are a different class of character in the game."
Straight from the devs. Maybe people shouldn't be assuming things about a game we dont know enough about, that we havent heard concrete info on since e3, that you haven't even p...
they just said theres more than 50 combatants running around on titanfall, and the AI has a different role than just bots, and they've said before the AI itself is very complex.
the vita is a handheld, a powerful one at that, so naturally it couldn't handle a game like titanfall.
how dare you have faith in Respawn! how dare you wait til march 11th!
/s
Respawn said themselves the AI doesn't function as basic bots, its clear that not me, not you, not anyone else but them at this stage understand how the game completely works. So maybe we should wait and listen first.
For those disagreeing, straight from the horse's mouth:

What's this, nintendo's failing competitors from the 80's spreading bad news about them? Surely this guy with his no-name irrelevant company wouldn't spread lies to make the only successful competition at the time look bad? Let's look at the company's games: http://en.wikipedia.org/wik...
Solitaire, Wally Bear and the NO! Gang, Puzzle, Pyramid, Blackjack... maybe if the com...
How on earth did this get approved...
i get its satirical, but it's just not funny lol.
Lol i figured thisd be some no name indie but punch out and dark moon are among my favorites for the respective systems. Pleased to see what they'll do next.
You might be missing my point. Im saying people are ASSUMING 6v6 will falter the game when it's clear that they specifically designed it this way for a reason, and that increased player counts didnt work as well. A lot of people don't realize there is actual REASONING behind this choice, and they judged this situation by the title of the article. People judged the game's AI assuming it was bots, and judged the premise of a 6v6 shooter in 2014 because it was odd. They can judge the...
Lol "vita beating wii u", whoever thought that would be something to brag about? Glad to see both getting good sales.
Why would you want a digital copy when you have the disc? Its obvious why they didnt give you the option, im just wondering why youd want it other than selling or giving away the disc.
@PockyKing
Oh, right. Too tired, not thinking clearly :P
"Oh, and I keep seeing people thinking we’ve got “bots” when we talk about AI. Thats not how they are. The AI in Titanfall are not replacements for human players. Our playercount is not 6v6 because of AI – AI play their own role in the game and are a different class of character in the game."
Clearly the game doesn't function conventionally, maybe we should let them explain the game before we judge. For all we know, the way the game is designed could be more fit...
@Agent
yeah i just found that mark rubin statement saying its 720p, edited my comment to reflect that. I assumed just some neoGAF guy said it was 720p and people assumed he was right, but no one can argue when it comes straight from the horse's mouth.
And yes i hope with knowledge that its not a particularly impressive looking game, and it runs at 720p, and it's limited to 6v6 (though this doesnt bother me it does take less resources to run) that this is a budget game ...
Oh come on, i doubt they'd clearly design the game around e-sports, and then expect e-sports people to play with AI's. Its safe to assume, like every multiplayer FPS since the genre's inception, that there will be big maps and small maps. This is getting ridiculous lol...
They probably are, but if that's what works, it works. Games like quake 2, counter strike and others which still retain a competitive community today, are often kept at low player counts. Also as taboo as it is to bring up COD, search and destroy is often considered the most intense and competitive game mode and also has a limited player count.
Its just hard to retain a competitive level when you have games like battlefield with 64 players. It usually dumbs down to a handful of pl...
Really? i thought there was some decent hype for it. Looking at all the videos of it on youtube the like ratio is almost unanimous.
Congrats, its a fun system, just found it odd you'd say:
"Project X looks phenomenal, but it will take more than one game to get this system moving."
As if that's the only game coming. And there is some unique stuff, we havent had a pikmin game in 10 years so pikmin 3 is refreshing and TW101 and Zombi U are good. There's also Nano Assault Neo which is even more fun with a friend. I could name some interesting indie games console-exclusive to wii u as well...
