And 8 months ago TLOU had no where near 6 million. 8 months ago was August, only 2 months after launch they had around 2 or 3 million.

I refuse to believe they'd be so stupid as to drop what will probably be 7-8 million install base in the grease out of the blue. I think this is something else, a trolling staff member or QOL or a new peripheral. Seriously doubt they'd screw themselves over with a new system.
I'm sure most devs are pleased with it, they're just the silent majority. But it's their job to take care of the whiners because that's all people will hear.

Not a good idea in my opinion. Last year i was optimistic because it looked good on paper having different presentations for gamers and investors, but i think it went badly. How many people saw that nintendo direct vs those that watched MS and Sony at E3?
Seeing Iwata alone in a room speaking monotone broken english is a bit of an acquired taste that only nintendo fans could sit through. The vigor of a crowd can produce an effect on the viewer that is really lacking in a E3 Direct.
But in the japanese version of the same direct specifically said summer while the north american and europe versions didnt. And the first game was a little later in NA too.
I agree. Iwata is not an idiot like some of his more harsh detractors might claim, he's the most lucrative CEO in gaming history for a reason. A lot of people say he's lucky but you don't just stay lucky for 10 years. That said i'm a gamer and not a shareholder, and on the gaming front, mainly the Wii U one, he is under delivering. But that goal expired March 31st, theyre preparing a new goal ending the next fiscal. So MK8 is irrelevant in relation to the 2.8 goal. Unless i'm mistaken.

Bayonetta 2 is confirmed summer release in Japan which means even later in NA and EU. I'd say early fall.
Id prefer it at 60 fps and a lower resolution. I'd like to think most people would too. Anyone who thinks 30fps is worth it for 1080p is nuts.
