I can see the Xbox One getting a price cut to 349.99 next year since they can afford some leeway now that the kinect has increased profit margin. If they are desperate they could cut the price that soon.

Yeah, you're right. How dare i feel "entitled" to a product i contributed to with the expectation that it be delivered on time as promised for the first console platform ever announced. I should have known my money was going towards the other two platforms. I should shut up and take it like a b**** because i am but a lowly Wii U owner who dared to expect a quality product delivered punctually.

I doubt it. Mario Kart is a whole different racing game, whereas Forza and DC and The Crew all directly compete with Project Cars. And while MK8 still sells pretty well, by fall it will have dropped off and christmas sales for the kids will be carrying it.

There's no way they need another couple months for the Wii U version, it was the FIRST console version announced, and the game was funded in part by that fanbase with the expectation that it would be announced on time.
I honestly think this is a misguided choice by the recently announced publisher (Namco Bandai) to wait until the install base is bigger, or to avoid competition with Smash Bros.

By the time 2015 rolls around the other versions will be cheaper. Anyone with multiple consoles who wanted the wii u version (admittedly, the minority) will buy another version day 1 or maybe even for their new ps4/xbone if they get one for christmas. They might say, "well, i wanted a racing game this year and if i cant get one here i'll dust off the old 360 and get forza."
