I think the incidence of RROD is woeful!
However:
1. MS has already offered a three year warranty for all affected, which now ALSO includes e74.
2. MS is already actively researching ways to reduce the rrod and improve its reliability.
3. MS has improved its hardware already, with existing revisions of its chipsets and proven increases in reliability
4. MS ...

I guess it's safe to say that the ps3 multiplat of dirt2 is verily gimped!

No matter, I agree that the money spent on advertising in Japan would have been better spent on producing first party exclusives.
I'd like to see what MS 360 first party studios would be capable of if they were actually given the funds on the scale that produced kz2 and uc2.

UC2 bears an uncanny resemblance to a very famous 3rd person action game on the 360, which had a great story, that DID sell in record numbers.

As a matter of fact, the famous UC2 'train sequence' bears UNCANNI...
ODST is by all accounts a great game and consumers have obviously voted with their wallets.
On the other hand, on n4g, in this 360 story, in the 360 section, the overwhelming ps3-hater-fanboy crowd is voting with hateful comments.
