Strawman66 has shown us all he is nothing but a hopelessly deluded ps3 fanboy.
He steadfastly clings to his delusions, downplaying the inferior ps3 multiplat evidence, even while he contradicts himself by quoting LOT findings
I have asked him three times to present the evidence that Ps3 multiplats aren't being left in the dust in 2009, in apples-to-apples comparisons, yet he has failed to do so.
Instead he is defending Ghostbusters ps3. Again. wtf?...
Strawman66, Stop making an ass out of yourself, it is becoming embarrassing to call you out!
I see you predictably have made a new series of strawman arguments, to deflect from the issue, as well as lying about the 2009 multiplats again. Again, you wrote a wall of text, deflecting and distracting, like a textbook strawman.
Any reader can see that you quite obviously avoid the matter at hand, by distracting with comments about other unrelated issues, such ...
You know, it was only a few weeks ago that PS3 fans were saying how nice to see the ps3 sales stabilising in Japan, after the first week spike, at 50k.

Once again you have used the "strawman argument" to avoid the issue and distract away from the glaring issue of yet another gimped ps3 multiplat! http://en.wikipedia.org/wik...

WHAT is wrong with you, darkide66? WHAT is your major malfunction?
Sometimes when I talk to you, you sound like an angry, obstinate child. Strange.... because I know you are nearly forty years old and should know better.
I stated that Sony was arrogant. Ultimolu agreed. I provided supporting evidence in the media, in the form of some general links discussing Sony's past arrogance, which is accepted and widely know in the media.
So, what you are saying is, you want to ignore all the articles by reputable websites and professional journalists that all say exactly the same thing, but instead will accept the opinion of some random gamer who tells you what you really want to hear?
Dude, all you have to do is READ the article to get your answer:
"Now for the messy stuff. I'm going to get this out of the way right now: Bayonetta is clearly inferior on the PS3. Right from the outset, somebody who has played both demos will notice the difference. The colors are more faded and the contrast less defined on the PS3, with graphics that lack the vivid sheen that the 360 version has. It's certainly no dealbreaker, but the color i...
Gametrailers gave the game 9.3 - a great great score!
Gametrailers also made justified comments about the lack of originality of the game, which were exactly spot on! Every feature of the game has been done before, elsewhere. Think gears of war, Splinter cell, Tomb raider.
The only difference is that UC2 has polished these features to a high degree.
The fact that ps3 fanboys are talking smack, boycotting gametrailers, calling bias - it's absolutely...
Maybe you didn't understand it? Subtlety and detail is somewhat difficult for you, right? Figures.
I explained why my links were indeed relevant, because the mere existence of discussion of Sony's arrogance points to the presence of the concept of 'Sony arrogance' in the minds of the gaming community, across the world.
I went to great lengths to logically break it down for you. Is disappointin...
actually, there is a lot of difference. The PS3 version demonstrably shows faded colours and less intensity. Not only that, but the ps3 frametear leaves a lot to be desired.
It is no surprise then, that the article states:
"Anyway, tech aside, which one's better? Well, the 360 version trumps the PS3 in terms of looks. The colours are more vibrant, there's less screen tearing and overall it does seem to be a higher quality build."
There are certain games, where i have been thoroughly impressed with the in-game music. Games such as Homeworld and X3-reunion have some of the most enjoyable ambient music i have ever heard!
Oh and by the way, I studied music at UNI. Every weekend I play music in a band at clubs. I guess you might say I am well versed in musical styles that you wouldn't even begin to understand.
SO, you checked the LOT findings and concluded:
"Of those 28 retail games compared they found 15 better on the 360, 7 better on the PS3, 8 tied "
Yet, prior to that, you stated:
"... the majority of multiplats in 2009 are better on the PS3."?
WTF?
Dude.
The evidence from LOT that you supplied COMPLETELY CONTRADICTS you!
You are making no sense!

@ reservoir.
You, sir, have missed the point.
Forza 3 realism is adjustable.
You can turn realism on or off, depending on your preference.
Hence, if you want a casual arcade racer, you get that. Or, conversely, if you want a hardcore simulator you get that too.
However, the review didn't acknowledge that both preferences are user adjustable.
My point re GT5 was that in that game, this is not an adjustable feature. You are ...
So they docked a point because the game can be setup to be a realistic sim?
Does that mean they'll dock 2 points off gt4 for being unadjustably sim realistic?
Sadly, once again, you didn't read my post.

Point proven.
Digitalanalogue prefers to avoid reality.
Thanks for playing.
@ blacksmoke.
"Why do 360 fanboys keep going with the same tired mulitplat (sic) argument when games like uncharted 2 exist? "
.. because, for every ONE 'uc2', there exist about FIFTY inferior ps3 multiplats.
.. because said multiplats make up over 95% of regular gamer's libraries.
Pretty good reasons, imo.

It's sad to see you change the topic and talk about the only two games which really shine on the ps3.
Unfortunately, that's what the "mountain of evidence", which you talk about, boils down to. Two games.
The rest?
- Heavy Rain? Not out.
- GT5? Not out.
- God of war3? Not out.
Damn dude!
You keep talking about games that are not even out yet!
Quite honestly, the 360 also has some amazing exclusives, some com...
