yeah, instead of ME2 you prefer to hate.

But what else is new, hater?

well isn't it funny how you garnered 4+ DISAGREES for simply stating something about yourself.

No actually, it ain't funny.
It's a sad reflection on the haters we have on n4g.

ME2 is a great game and as far as consoles go, exclusive to the 360.
No wonder people like the above good man are buying into such gaming goodness.

lol

Just imagine the conundrum for the mods!

THey are being asked to fail an article that was submitted by their own boss!

... well at least I see the irony...

"Where is Metal Gear Rising? Where is shadow_man? Where is GiantEnemyCrab and where is every other bot that's been playing on prehistoric technology?"

Hmmm.
I think they are probably playing Mass effect2.

You guys should get a 360 and play it too.
That would alleviate the hating a bit, maybe.

Oh boy.

Oner certainly is carrying the flag for Sony today!

It stands to reason that Sony do only report shipped/sold to retailers as their sales number, despite the repeated and oft misquoted claims to the contrary.

One merely needs to ponder the additional cost that Sony would incur by asking each individual retailer to report sellthroughs.

Would retailers do this out of the goodness of their heart?
No, of course not, they'd charge S...

Well, it stands to reason that the PC version SHOULD look better,
but it seems in these screenshots the differences are negligible.

That's not to say that with a $1500 2010 PC rig, you couldn't crank up the resolution, AA, AF, texture detail, draw distance etc etc. and make the game look really hot.

But then what would be the point of such a comparison?
If anything, the 360 version should be judged against a PC specced with 2005 hardware.

"Games expected to be demoed include "Halo: Reach" (OMG WOOT), "Alan Wake", "Crackdown 2", "Fable III", "Splinter Cell Conviction", "Final Fantasy XII" and more!"

dayum.
2010 looks to be awesome on the 360.

oh wait... it already is.
Thanks to Mass effect2.

mass effect2 is affecting critics somewhat effectively

It is because there is a global conspiracy against the ps3.
Didn't you know?

All websites that give a high score to 360 games are part of the conspiracy.
All websites that don't praise the ps3 to kingdom come are also part of this conspiracy.

This conspiracy is threatening the ps3 fanboy gaming world.
It must be stamped out and the remainder assimilated into the glorious Sony fold.

SDF unite!

//end sarcasm.

@ heroprotagonist

Thanks for making such a great post, dude.
All your points are factual and your logical arguments are well constructed.

I agree with your screenshot comparison too... the textures in kz2 in those screens really tell the story... and it ain't what's been perpetuated by the sony fanboys.

ON topic:
These Halo reach screenshots look absolutely fabulous in HD.
I am reaaally looking forward to this game.

Absolutely true.
I imagine the next version of windows will exist concurrently with Natal technology.

The possibilities are mind-boggling!

Wow... that's a big call!
Could this mean a 10 year xbox 360 life?

If the $85 launch price is true, then this represents a very accessible pricepoint for casuals.

No doubt there will be a massive and ongoing advertising campaign to educate casual consumers (who know nothing of n4g) on Natal.

This looks huge.
Will be interesting to observe, that's for sure.

I agree.

This kind of talent might be used to further protect their hardware against such exploits and would be a win for Sony in an otherwise disastrous situation.

However, despite what I said above, I fear PS3 piracy is inevitable as the 'ps3 crack' is now 'out of the bag'.
Even if this guy does not choose to release his hack in any way shape or form, i predict it will do no good for Sony

Let me explain that statement with the use of the '4 minut...

both Dragon Age and ME2.

I love RPGs and these two are both available on my 360.
No brainer.

a fanboy damage-controlling the review of a review of a game that is not even out yet!

This is too good to be true!

... but we already have a PS3blog damage controlling poor MAG review scores?

A review of review scores before the game is out.... I have to laugh!

"MS is in the wrong for doing what they're doing well after the fact. Basically for finding a way to get their cattle back long after they left the barn door open."

LOL!

No, dude.
That's EXACTLY where you are wrong.

MS has every right to collect its "cattle" long after they have bolted, because the cattle is still the property of MS and always has been. The cattle was branded as MS property from the outset!

Nice.

So consumers are ignorant and third party hardware makers take advantage of this fact, with their cheap also-ran hardware add-ons.

Yet somehow, MS is branded evil for legally stopping the third party hardware makers?

Something ain't right with this picture.
Can you enlighten me?
