It's weird that these 'shortages' are happening at the *slowest* times of the year - the post christmas lull.
It's weird that these supposed ps3 'shortages' have been ongoing now, for THREE MONTHS!
It's weird that Sony, the 'hardcore multinational, multi-billion dollar electronics hardware manufacturer', doesn't seem able to meet demand at the slowest time of the year three whole months straight.
It's just weird.
Well, Versus now has a high chance of also being ported to the 360.
SE has now observed that they can improve their bottom line by simply releasing the game on the 360 as well.
The porting process will be relatively cost effective and 500,000 extra units in the first week is certainly worth it.

While no person in their right mind was expecting the 360 version to come anywhere near outselling the ps3 version worldwide, we must acknowledge that 39% of sales in western regions is 39% of sales which 'would have' gone to Sony, had it not been for the fact it was multiplat.

It's a heavily pro ps3/anti 360 article, which ignores the evidence of over 100 inferior ps3 games.
