Agreed. It is people like Drunken and Frag who obsess over every single point change on metacritic. I just showed that once you account for the outliers, the score actually didn't change much.

This is their third game, and no, they do not have a relaxed schedule. Just ask Amy Hennig.
It only makes zero sense if you don’t understand basic logic and statistics.
It’s not even the best version for 3rd party games. That would be the PC. Come to think of it, the PC is also the best to play Xbox “exclusives”.
Gears 5 is not a masterpiece, not even close. It’s sitting at 85 on metacritic. Also, Death Stranding releases soon. The Last of Us Part 2 aka The Last of Xbox Part 2 comes out in February. Final Fantasy VII Remake comes out in March. All three games will score higher than Gears 5.

Completely missed isarai’s point. People have no problem paying $60 for Sony’s numerous stellar exclusives. If they offer their exclusives day one on psnow, they would have to increase the price of psnow to make up the difference. MS have to offer Xbox game pass at such a low price because their exclusives line up has been mediocre.

People were saying $500 is too much for a mid gen upgrade that plays the same games as the base console, not for a new generation console.
