8GB GDDR5 bro absolutely amazing and we haven't seen what it can do yet trust me.
I lol'd at your comment, then I looked at your avatar and lol'd again. Thanks, fella.
I'll get Crysis 3 if I try it out myself and determine that it is more than just pretty graphics and the online play should be unique as well. Too many other games to catch up on for the moment anyway.
either way, a day before possible PS4 reveal = possible, obvious publicity stunt.
I hope you get your wish for motorstorm (AND TLG at launch). Just advertise them and they will sell well.
Variety, creativity, innovation, and fun please.
Hopefully they will continue to invest more in new ips than advertising but still make tons of profit.
Unfortunately, we are stuck living in a world where people often pick what is advertised the best over what actually is the best quality.
Would love to see a platformer at launch and even a jrpg, etc.
I agree with you about the marketing, but a couple of the games you listed could have sold millions with the right advertising imo.
I like Steam, but many games I like to own physical copies of.
lol @ crytek though, they keep talking but haven't made a game lately that interests me more than graphically.
Your first sentence possibly has some truth to it. There will be all kinds of hype articles popping up before PS4 launch.
Most people wont notice the timing though... or who what it's stealing the headlines from.
Or build a time machine.
PS4 will have good games though, that you cant play elsewhere.
I'm looking forward for the 20th because I feel it will be awesome. Sony finally switched back on their hype machine so it has to be something interesting.
What are you planning for your PSU and Motherboard. Also, how much of a small fortune do you expect to pay for 64 gb of ddr4 ram? I'm looking for ideas because after I upgrade this current PC I will build a high end gaming PC.
...
I'm okay with it as long as physical copies(at least SP games) are still available. Sort of like when I see an awesome movie on Netflix, I often want to add the dvd/bluray to my collection.
There are many Americans like me who strongly prefer what Playstation has to offer.
The answer to your question however is mainly the marketing here in the states.
Guess people will believe anything.
Kudos to his speech writer.
Some would say that in many areas and perhaps globally they are a minority, haha.
Since when does not being white make you a minority?
I think $50 US is more probable.
I would rather have the option to play my physical PS3 games as well, that are not on someone else's remote server, for various reasons.
Although, streaming is okay for demos, online games, and games I don't need in my collection imo.
@ebeneezer: It WOULD make sense to have hardware support for PS3 backwards compatibility because it wouldn't be very expensive to implement and it would enable their continued support of the PS3, a system with an alr...
Yet they do such an affective job convincing people to buy their products and ignore others'.
Of course it does, it's Sony :]
Even my pristine PSP1000 is sexy, to this day.
