I agree completely, although I didn't finish journey yet.
"Journey’s Grammy Nomination Is A Step Forward For The Gaming Industry"
Personally, I don't have the most respect for the that award.
Also, mainstream media attention is not always good for the creative process.
I am however, really happy that they are getting the recognition, but hope it only changes them for the better.
:]
Good Question. I'm glad I don't take these publications seriously and usually do my own research when making a purchase. Maybe the answer to your question has something to do with $. Though, I hope nintendo gains back their integrity and makes some really cool games for this console.
Would love to know precisely what their criteria is when determining their coveted "gadget of the year" award winner.
It wasn't a waste IMO a and you have an incredible backlog of games to play.
I'm on the fence myself luffy.
Your job is so kew rachel....
I'll wait until release to form "opinions" about this game.
I agree my friend and what if the internet goes down, etc. etc. etc. etc.
There is something special about owning a physical copy....
...or at least having tht game on YOUR harddrive :D
There are many articles spewing this nonsense. Maybe people are getting paid to say this because it sounds like nonsense.
Like when the 3DS was the hottest selling handheld ever and we were seeing articles about how such and such tablet might be a threat to handhelds.
I personally would rather pay to play than view advertisements.
....and as far as cloud goes, I like having a physical copy of any game I really cherish.
something, something, boobs? of course!
I do agree with most of your comment.
Something happens when games become mainstream and build momentum in the wrong directions.
They consider it a risk to take a game back to it's roots for various reasons.
to abandon a what made a game special(and actually good) in favor of catering to a "wider demographic" is risky business.
I find it safer in many case...
You guys don't have a car charger or something for your vita and other devices? Of course safety first and everything to all the good people.
I found 5-1 incredibly easy, since by the time i got there most of the enemies could be felled with one or two blows. 5-2 I think was a different story. Had to use many lotuses and exercise patience only to have my character struck down by that giant red-glowing nub with the club (on the "island" right before the ascending wooden pathway with the flying bugs). That was hard until I devised a sound strategy. What an amazing game though :]
I can see being satisfied for a while by soul sacrifice on the Vita being a possibility.
Although I've never delved into the MH universe so perhaps I don't know what I'm missing.
steam all of your games from someone else's server?
will be nice for demos, home, multiplayer, etc. but I will keep my cherished games in MY harddrive/house.
Gaikai will be a good for certain things. I will continue to buy downloadable/physical copies of most games though.
I definitely agree that Sony USED to make all kinds of awesome commercials. I also think that KB was one of the best things (marketing wise) the've had going for them in the last several years.
what is a kirby made of?
i would like to get a vita one of these days :]
I think your comment is more worthy of an agree than a disagree megaton, which makes me wonder why you have more disagrees at this point. I'll try to even it out though. Ps maybe it's your avatar? :P
an act of desperation is more likely than an act of kindness in this situation
