I wasnt talking about the wii u, i was talking about the DS, the Wii and the 3DS.

What I find funny about this, is that people are actually talking about Nintendo going 3rd party in the future.
And they do that right after Nintendo has released THREE systems that are outselling everything. No matter how great a sony or microsoft fanboy you are, the Wii was the best selling console in its generation. And on top of that, Nintendo OWNS the handheld sector. Why are you listing a couple of exclusive PS3 games? What has that to do with the PS4? Also, and this is pure personal preference, most of those game series do not interest me all that much.
Right now when the PS4 releases, there is not much to do with it.
I'm sure eventually interesting games coming will be coming to the system, but I'm not gonna spend money on this console right now.

All Sony has is the strongest hardware. But that isn't enough as we have seen by the PS3 early years. What decides is always the games. And so far they don't have alot in that department...

I have no idea how they actually program a game like that :) But I do know that the Nomura guy was talking about Directx11. And that's obviously a PC thing (and XB1). If it runs on Directx11 it should run on PC...

Genius. As a PC gamer i have to admit I'm really excited for ps4/xb1 release. These flamewars are more entertaining than many (console ;) ) games.
Yeah about that should get their priorities straight. Do you want 1080p/60fps or high polygon counts/textures/post processing effects? If you get 1080p/60fps people cry about the graphics being not good enough, and if they get the effects they cry about 1080p/60fps.

Mario is just a brand. But while CoD is literally the same game each year, Mario games have had completely different gameplay over the years. So has Zelda. The last one (SS) was based completely around motion controls, while the one before (TP) was made for dualanalog gamepads.

It's so sad that they didn't focus on PC/next gen with GTA V. From what i've seen and read it's almost too much for the older systems. And you confirm that again... But i totally understand their decision you know. It was a business decision, and it was the right one. Look at those sales :D

The last one I played was FFX. I rented and tried FFXII for an evening, but there was nothing interesting to my in that game. Gameplay, characters, story... Just wasnt my thing.
And FF VIII, well i don't have a PS3 :) Maybe I get a used one after the PS4 release. But from what i've seen i'd rather play one of the older titles again. IV, VI, VII, VIII are probably my favorites :)
