Why is it not possible to discuss something without being a fanboy instantly? I'm a freaking PC gamer 1080p/60fps-AntiAliasing-Moddi ng MASTER RACE, but all the time people call me a Nintendo fan because I like to play couch multiplayer with my wife ONCE IN A MONTH and sometimes I take part in the console war discussion. I just don't get why people hate on the wii u. It's so much fun...
The "full" 1st and 3rd party support for PS4 is not here yet and pro...
I'm really wondering if what happened to the wii u will happen to the ps4/xb1 too...
I mean PS4 is basically running on hype atm. I'm pretty sure if you bought ps4 on launch and play regularly there is nothing left to do with it - don't wanna judge the games as I haven't played them.
And XB is turning alot of people off anyway because of kinect and the pricetag that comes with it.

Gameplay of course. That's a no brainer. If I want good graphics I take a walk through the forest.
But graphics are still important in games. There are a few unique titles that make me stop and look at things because they are beautiful. Like Skyrim with Mods. It helps making a game more immersive, but if the gameplay sucks graphics won't save it.

My thoughts exactly... It sounds like push one of three buttons to make a "decision" and then watch a 10min cutscene.
Well you cant release a game 6-12 months later on PC and expect people to pay 60bucks for an old game. Then they can expect people to pay full prize.
If rockstar wants to profit from the pc market (which is veeery possible, EA for example makes most of its money with pc) they have to release the pc version at the same time as consoles without any bugs etc.
But rockstar doesn't care about us (no RDR, shitty gta4 port very late), why should I care about Roc...
I kinda stopped waiting for it. I waited a long time for RDR and that never came, together with the shitty gta 4 port rockstar just sucks these days ftom a pc gamer perspective.
Everyone is acting like ps now is the first game streaming service. Has everyone forgotten that OnLive exists since a few years and that its not very popular because there are issues with streaming interactive media? PS now won't be any different. It sounds great on paper but our current internet technology is not ready for it (at least in most parts of the world)
You can access the Internet from many devices that dont have steam... macs (have steam but limited games) tablets, smartphones, consoles. Even my TV can access the internet...

Then its not financially sound to port to ps4 and certainly not xb1. WiiU still has the biggest install base out of those 3.
I think the devs just have better conditions and contracts with sony and ms. They are focusing on 3rd party because 3rd party is all ms and sony have (except one or two franchises each). Nintendo has so many good franchises and studios that they don't need to focus on 3rd party and give them good deals etc. And that is a shame.

When the 3DS was released people all over the Internet said it is a failure just as they do now with wii u. 3DS was a launch disaster and now Nintendo turned it into one of the best selling gaming devices. Why don't they have some faith in wiiu...?

Get a pc and buy the game on steam sale for 5.99. But the resolution and fancy hair doesn't make it a better game. I rather play TR2 or anniversary again :-)

LOL why do I have to be a fanboy if I have a WiiU and enjoy it? I also had a PS3 and enjoyed it am I a sony fanboy too now? Most of my gaming I do on my PC just FYI.
No one can predict the future but when there is a big hype about a product it is NATURAL that sales go down after launch. That is what happened to the WiiU - and it might happe...
