I kind of want story DLC, but hopefully this is good.
The eShop sounds like it will be a force to be reckoned with. I hope Nintendo does it right and make their eShop similar to Steam.
This will definitely help us see a lot more games for the WiiU within the first year of the console's life span.
I think this gesture is to help third parties be able to take advantage of the WiiU features easily by allowing for quicker programming and developing times. Building an engine from the ground up, takes a good deal of time and resources. With this companies can come out of the gate running.
Just look at the situation with Bethesda on PS3. That whole thing is just a disaster, by doing this Nintendo is able to ensure that developers have a good understanding of what the WiiU i...
Hopefully this will alleviate some people fear that third party games will somehow be less adult because they are on the Nintendo platform. I know that was a big fear for the Bayonetta 2 folks.
I am okay with my Mario games staying clean. Although that would be funny. I would much prefer that we actually get GTA5 for the WiiU.
If this game is actually for current gen consoles, I can't wait for next gen technology. But this game looks so damn good already I just don't know how much graphics can improve.
Maybe the next big step is graphics on this level on a much larger scale with no loading time, excellent AI, and great physics. So excited for what the big 3 do next.
The truth is that without the hardcore fans the RE series would have died a long time ago before there ever was a casual market to sell games too. With that said, gamers need to realize that the way companies work nowadays they need to sell millions of copies of a game to break even and make a decent profit.
The sad reality is that the video games industry is very much a business and the time of making games thats a developer loves is coming to an end for many companies. You ...
I will definitely be buying this when it hits that $30 price tag. Right now I am having a lot of fun with the 360 version, but I will buy it for ps3 since there are so many more players on the ps3 version.
I know people are upset that they didn't get their survival horror game, but Capcom did some really cool stuff with online co-op that is definitely worth trying out. You or you and a buddy can be playing your online campaign and then you can Intersect with someone else...
It's funny because these same people are talking about how excited they are for all the new Borderlands 2 dlc. Also, isn't it funny how that $10 preorder character was suppose to come out 2 months after the game was released. Then it was moved up to 1 month after release and finally it came out in under 3 weeks. Yet no one is complaining about that dlc.
People are so full of shit bro. Just ignore them and enjoy the new ME3 content, I know I will.
Because there are no indecent or suggestive pictures on the internet. And other media forms never sexualize a woman or a man to sell their products.
This article in itself is pretty sexist. It's like saying that if a woman is in anyway sexualized then she is bad person and women should never aspire to be like her.
Because we all know that the good girls stay home and bake pies. Or they are the soccer mom type and of course those type would never be kinky.
The only thing this guy should be worrying about is his daughter growing up to be proud of who she is and what she does. This article just makes m...
You do realize that Sony and Microsoft target this audience also.
Not surprising.
I connect my 360 wirelessly to the internet and I don't have anymore problems with that then my wired ps3 connection. Wireless signals are pretty good nowadays. I do wish there was an Ethernet port there, but the truth is that it's not a big deal.
This couldn't be said any better. People keep saying that the ps4/720 will be light years ahead of the WiiU and maybe that is correct. But if it is light years ahead of the WiiU then the price tag is going to be much higher for those consoles as well.
The only way I don't see this happening is if Sony and Microsoft release their consoles 2 years from now when the price of current advanced technology has gotten much cheaper. We know the tech inside the WiiU Gamepad is ...
The most important thing for Nintendo is seeing to third party games selling well. It's no surprise that the WiiU sold out so fast, just look at how well the Wii sold. The true battle and measure of success for Nintendo is how well third party games sell on the WiiU. The move by them to not push 1st party games right now is definitely the right one. Keep the spotlight on the 3rd party titles and get people use to buying games that aren't made by Nintendo right away.
Lets wait and see what they do with their online before we condemn them. So far a lot of developers seem to be really excited about the online store and right out the gate they will be giving discounts for online store games if you get the deluxe edition. We just don't know enough to say their online is going to be good or bad and what we do know sounds positive.
Lets wait until the full reveal of their online strategy before we jump to any conclusions. Ultimately, after...
I can't agree with you more. I stopped trusting reviews a long time ago.
At such a low price point, there will probably be a spike in sells for the Wii, still I would have liked to see a $99 price point.
