A step in the right direction anyways.

They definitely need to lay out their online strategy. Depending on their online strategy this will determine how many hardcore none traditional Nintendo fans get the system. The hardcore is understandably skeptical after the Wii and Nintendo's dedication to Friend Codes.

I have to disagree. While the graphics certainly aren't a leap they are better than a lot of current stuff.

In particular, there is that one screenshot with the zombie right in your face and that amount of detail on that random zombie and the player's character model is very impressive. The eyes on that zombie looked haunting and then the details on the player's character's hand showed his fingers and fingernails clearly. It looked really nice.

I agree, the game looks a lot prettier now. I don't know if these are recent screenshots, but I remember the early stuff not looking as good as this does.

I feel like once again the scores from reviewers are too harsh. I beat the single player for MoH: Warfighter on hard, that was the hardest difficulty I could select right off, and the game is nothing special.

The story does some interesting stuff by showing how the family of these soldiers are affected, but everything else could be straight out of MW2. The shooting feels weak, the audio sounds like low resolution bf3 sound clips, and I didn't bother with the mp or feel t...

I would be more concerned if the Wii U wasn't getting ports of all the current games. You might recall that the ps3 and 360 got ports of ps2 games when those consoles initially launched.

I completely agree with you and that is an excellent poem that you wrote. It can be applied to so many things that are happen right now. It's sad that we are at this point, but that is what happens when people bury their head in the sand and pretend everything will magically resolve itself. I hope that what this guy is doing now inspires others to hold on and maintain their integrity as well.

Opinions are only valid until proven wrong. For instance, in my opinion the moon is made of milk. We know for a fact that this statement is wrong, I don't get to hide behind the notion that it is only my opinion.

There has been quite a few people who worked for popular gaming sites like IGN talk about how the Reviews are paid for by Publishers through Advertisements for the site. In most cases, the Reviewer isn't directly paid off. The whole situation is indirectly done, but you get the same results. Read up on this a bit, it will completely help you to understand how pointless Review scores are and that they should never be trusted.

My favorite bit of gaming "journalism" is watching all the sites that praised RE5 talk about how bad RE6 is now.

Good luck to them. I really don't see Square Enix localizing these games for the West, but I would love to be wrong.

I hope so, I want to buy it cheap. I beat RE6 already on Professional and I can definitely say that while it is fun, it's not worth $60. But then again, not many games are worth $60. Even Borderlands 2 wasn't worth the full price tag to me, but I will buy both of them cheap. So here is hoping that you are right. Oh and I am not being sarcastic, I really would love to grab these games at a much lower price tag.

Just insane sells for Pokemon.

It's not surprising that this title is doing well. Despite hardcore RE fans view of the series, the image of RE has changed greatly, largely due to the movies. RE6 is the sort of action game that would appeal to people who like the movies, and there are quite a lot of those folks out there that like the RE movies.

Still, I feel sad for the folks who wanted RE6 to be a survivor horror game because the success of RE6 almost guarantees that Capcom will continue to move more...

Or you could just rent the game and see if you like it. If you are buying a WiiU, why not just rent it and find out.

Bro I hope Itagaki's new game Devil's Third is actually good. You are making some pretty big assumption as to why the other NG games where good. At least Team Ninja recognized they messed up and are fixing the broken game that was NG3.

I have pointed this out many times. People are just completely full of shit and than they cry like little babies whenever Bioware or Capcom does the smallest thing. People are already saying stuff like DA3 should have taken 4 years to make and that it's going to be a terrible game. Gotta love that group think.

It's not cool to hate on this game, so expect lots of disagrees for speaking your actual opinion.

I see the move of selling the Wii U at an affordable price, even if they have to sell the console at a lost as a good thing. The fact is that Nintendo needs to put an emphasize on third party software and having a high attachment rate for software sales. Yes, making money off of hardware is very important from a business perspective.

But as a consumer, and we all here are consumers, what's most important to us is having good third party and first party games on a console...

Dude everything he is saying can be verified. It makes no sense for them to lie like this.
