Glad to see other people actually noticing this.
Yep or if this was Me3.
Trenta27 the truth is, if this was story dlc for ME3 people would be saying exactly what you just stated. But because it isn't popular to hate on Gearbox everyone is perfectly happy getting this DLC.
I am guessing you where opposed to the ME3 DLC, correct me if I am wrong. At the time, you where amongst the popular group with that opinion, but you felt like that for a legitimate reason. Now you are saying the same thing but you are an outcast.
Why is th...
Well said.
I hate all the little white knight assholes. They run around trying to protect us all by making everyone feel uncomfortable. Oh and this coming from a black guy. I have said this before but I will say it again now, people can stand up for themselves.
You have my condolences sir or madam.
Old games where never 100% completely, there was always bugs and glitches. Only back then none of that stuff could be fixed on the consoles or you had to go to an extreme to get something fixed. Now you can just get a game fixed post game or day 1 via a patch. Yes, patching has promoted laziness on the part of some developers, but the benefits far outweigh the consequences.
I love how well supported the ME3 mp is with a ton of free content. It would suck to have to pay for a mp character.
The worse thing for Nintendo and for gamers is for Nintendo to blindly follow the path of Sony and Microsoft. They tried that with the GameCube and it was a miserable failure. At least going down this route will promote competition. There biggest concern is getting the third party on board and making sure third party games sell well. If they follow the current model they are doing now, by keeping the spotlight on the third party, then they are definitely moving in the right direction.
Exactly what do you think the 720/ps4 is going to do? I look at Last of Us and Beyond Two Souls and the news that David Cage said there is still a lot of power left in the ps3, and I am amazed at how good those games look and how good the AI works. Console games look amazing right now and that is with the limited technology in the ps3/360, Dishonored is another great looking title.
We know that the WiiU is about twice as powerful as these current systems, and we know that bec...
This is sad, but the real question is whether or not Nintendo had confirmed knowledge that children where working in these factories in any way? Somehow I highly doubt it, just because of the potential PR nightmare this could have for them with the release of the WiiU so close. Another sad reality is that any factory that did this will end up getting closed down putting a lot of legitimate Chinese workers out of work.
What this, dlc for a game that was released about a month ago. I am sure this dlc could not have been worked on during the development of the base game. Borderlands 2 is great so why not buy it. Of course, the Bioware dlc must be content cut out of the game proper despite it being released months after the base game is done. People, gotta love them.
Bro I like CoD too and I am a hardcore gamer. But I am acknowledging the fact that if you bring up CoD amongst a group a hardcore gamers they will say how tired and played out the CoD games are and they don't say a whole lot of positive stuff about CoD in general. Yet here we have this CoD game getting ready to break record sales. I am commenting on this fact, not talking poorly about CoD because like I said previously, I enjoy the game.
It's good to see such strong support for the WiiU. Hopefully, this continues and the games sell well.
I like the linearity and I only play it on Veteran. Some skill is required for that but it's really just trial and error. To be completely honest, I like the story. The story is just so insanely out there that it kind of works. But yeah I can understand where you are coming from, playing CoD is one of my guilty pleasure but I rent the game. If I was into the mp I might buy it, but I am not.
Microsoft and Sony have a long history of copying Nintendo. I am not saying thats a bad thing either, a company should use a good idea no matter where it comes from. I wish to goodness that Sony would have just copied Steam. Fact is Microsoft has already introduced a tablet solution and Sony is claiming that the psvita/ps3 combo is their tablet solution.
Competition is a very good thing and because of the moves being made by Nintendo, Microsoft and Sony, are forced to come u...
It can fail if Nintendo rest on the hype along, but it is clear that Nintendo isn't resting on hype or gimmicks. It's clear that they are getting aggressive with the WiiU and gamers won't be able to just ignore the WiiU. This is something they really didn't do with the Wii. Thats why I will eventually buy a WiiU and why I never brought a Wii.
Sadly this just shows how little hardcore gamers count. This is why RE6 is action based, this is why ME3 has day 1 dlc, this is why the video games industry is the way it is. To be honest, I like CoD games for the SP, weird I know. But the CoD games get so much hate and yet it looks like this game is about to break record sales.
This really does make you wonder who is out of touch?
I really enjoy the ME3 mp and it is the main reason that I haven't just resold the game.
Sales would disagree with you and unfortunately that is all that matters for major video games companies lately.
