yeah... it's not that great. Great story, but the gameplay is generic and the Vigors are great but it cost too much to upgrade them and the guns. This means you concentrate on like two Vigors to the exclusion of others.
I feel the same way. I respect the fans that think the story is better than it is, but when you start throwing around Vampires your story has officially jumped the shark.

How do you know what is on the disc dlc and what isn't? It's not hard for a company simply to leave content out and then start working on it later.
