They can do it however they want. If the next xbox is always online I will not buy it. Everyone else can spend their money however they like.
I do agree that the problem is related to the lack of variety in female character design. A lot of that has to do with the state of the industry when games first started getting made. Games where basically being made for fun. There wasn't much maturity in story or characters because the emphasize was on fun gameplay. Just look at Mario, I love the character but he is very basic and simple. Maybe part of the reason that I like Mario is because it is such a simple character.
If it wasn't for the random deaths when you have full health, this game could be good. It certainly improves upon the first game somewhat, but those random deaths and insanely quick spawn rates of the zombies ruin it. This is certainly something that can and hopefully will be patched, but until than the game feels cheap and frustrating.
Glad to see Nintendo solving these issues. When they come out with more games I want I will be happy to purchase the system.
Bioware please don't fuck this up.
Yes, thats why they are the 3DS. The 3DS is the biggest selling platform in Japan and Monster Hunter sells better in Japan than the West.
You make a valid point, but when you add stuff like, get the sand out of your vag you ruin that point.
What you point out gets to the true issue which is gender discrimination. When a woman gets discriminate against because of her gender the real problem is that a person was discriminated against because of their gender.
This is a subset of discrimination in general. What you have a lot of people doing right now is taking a subset of gender discrimination an...
You gotta love clueless people that think any depiction of a woman in a highly sexual/suggestive manner is sexist. You know, it would be one thing if only the female character in Dragon's Crown was exaggerated like this, but so are the males. Apparently, showing exaggerated males is no problem at all, but show an exaggerated female and of course we get complaints.
It's sad because there really are real issues out there involving gender discrimination, but all we get ...
I would love if this guy would just make a movie. Maybe than he would realize that isn't the direction he wants to go in or maybe he would be great at it. Either way, I have a hard time taking his stance serious when he has yet to produce a high quality movie.
The thing is, I like his grand ideas. However, while he has showed that he can create solid enough games, he hasn't proved that he could make a great movie. I hope he tries to make a great movie and succeeds. T...
Capcom's problem wasn't that they collaborated with western developers, there problem was that they collaborated with shitty western developers. Keiji Inafune's idea of working with western developers to make games sell better in the western markets was a solid idea. Obviously, Capcom took the cheap route and everyone suffered for it.
So glad for the N4G comment section.
Have you used the psn store or seem how slow the XMB moves. PS4 can't get here fast enough.
So true. The game looks beautiful, but the one snippet of gameplay looked stupid as hell. Seriously, who uses the sixaxis.
If it has always online features in any capacity, than they can keep their console. Everyone else can buy it, I will be fine with my Ps4, gaming PC, and WiiU.
Says the random person on the internet. Despite what people like Michael Pacter says, Iwata is actually a really great CEO. But you have to judge him by his actions at Nintendo of Japan. NoJ is really profitable, but NoA clearly is not doing well.
That blame for how poorly Nintendo is doing in America falls on the CEO of NoA, Tatsumi Kimishima. Iwata got the blame because Michael Pacter likes to stir the pot and get his name mentioned. Considering how well NoJ is doing I am ...
This is actually a good thing. Because before Reggie had to go through the CEO of NoA before he could get anything done. Now he reports directly to Iwata so that means things can actually get things done quicker. There is a reason that Nintendo of Europe gets so many good things while NoA keeps getting second hand garbage. Clearly the Japanese guy, Tatsumi Kimishima, was only a hindrance.
They effectively put Tatsumi Kimishima in an early retirement and now NoA will see some ...
Games need to be made for dumb people clearly. Just goes to show that no matter the gender of the exec, the stupidity factor remains the same.
I am sure they will patch the fun in eventually. In all seriousness, Dead Island is another game that is so close to greatness but falls short.
Either way, I hope they are profitable so they can invest money in SR4.
I don't really know how to feel about this game. LP1 was solid, but LP2 was a joke outside of it's really detailed mp collectables. Unfortunately for them the mp was a flop.
I feel like Lost Planet could be an amazing game, but they just don't go big enough with the game. Also, the story looks generic as hell for the sp. If they took the LP one concept, combined it with a good writer, and made it into an expansive open world game this franchise could be amazing. ...
So long as we get all the information on the hottest new upcoming games I am fine with it. If this is a slight to anyone, it is gaming journalist.
Nintendo basically just said that they could release their own news and they don't need any gaming journalist to do it for them. E3 is the biggest event where all the gaming journalist congregate in one spot for the press events. This move on Nintendo's part dismisses the importance of that and bypasses a third party.
