Live and Reloaded was one of the worst, most disappointing ports I've ever played in my entire life. If that's one of the seven best exclusives on xbox, how the !%@# is xbox still even around? o_O
I wouldn't really consider the GameCube controller normal. It was a weird design, it just ended up working somehow.
So, buy a pro controller and stop b*tching.
Or do what I did and get an 8bitdo SNES pro. It's amazing.
Sounds neat. Uranium wasn't particularly great, so I hope this one is better.
Why? Because it had shields? Everything else was pretty normal and made you wonder why you were in a suit of armour in the first place. Crysis makes you feel like WAY more of a super soldier than Halo.
Retailers make around $15 per game sold. Even if they made $50 on a console, which they don't, they'd still make more on game sales over the life of the console by a very large margin.
Buddy on another thread made a good point. Since the game doesn't have a Season Pass, you're safe to buy it used and not worry about EA getting any money from you. EA can make their millions from the 5% who spend disgusting amounts of money on cosmetic garbage, and the rest of us can enjoy the full game for a reasonable price!
Apparently it's like nobody has ever seen it before, even veterans.
Short answer: No.
Long answer: No, they aren't.
Do they look phenomenal because of the Pro, or because of HDR? In my opinion HDR makes a WAY bigger difference than a slight bump in resolution, and you can get HDR from the base PS4 as well.
Wait, there's no Switch version? o_O
edit: Aw, coming soon. :(
Oooooo, and with no Season Passes we won't have to pay for expansions either!!
The examples he gives for maps actually makes the game sound really nice! I mean, it's EA so I'm not going to buy it, but if it wasn't EA I'd love to play it!
That's a little harsh. I think Single Japanese Women have every right to be into gaming. SJCs - Social Justice C*nts - on the other hand....
I'm pretty sure he's the only gaming writer today worthy of the title "journalist."
I'm perfectly okay with alternate history. I just really prefer when they make it clear that's their intent.
@Inzo: That's just.... wow. Can you (and the 11 people who somehow agree with your fiction prose) please go to your local library to take out a WW2 history book and read it? Or just read a Wikipedia article ffs.
I'm Canadian. My prime minister is WAY worse. That was pretty much his entire campaign for half a year. -_-
A rough guestimate of total sales from VGCharts says it sold about 400,000 units. That isn't great, but I definitely wouldn't call it a flop.
I mean, of course it's too difficult for Steam to just ask for age verification. Oh wait....
Steam's bullsh*t in recent months really makes me want to jump ship to a new PC gaming platform. SJC appeasement has got way out of hand.
