Wait, is Mega Man voiced by Elijah Wood?
I really don't understand why people keep saying M$'s show was so great. It wasn't, it was just better than what they normally do. An improvement, sure, but still not that good.
Says the guy who can't read. HE is deluded, not the console.
Correction: Non-USA countries. The XBone isn't competitive in any other markets.
Going first and being cheaper are the only reasons the 360 sold as well as it did.
The problem isn't when it's coming, it's that they announced it already. It makes it look like they're abandoning the current generation (though I suppose one could argue that they abandoned current gen years ago), which would piss me the f*ck off if I was someone who had bought an XBone.
I bet this guy loves Fortnite.
So to win E3 one needs to show a bunch of multi-platform trailers and have Phil Spencer spout off lies for an hour? Interesting.
How? By showing short CGI teaser trailers and having multiplatform games? o_O
@Bobafret: If anything the Wii U was a mid-cycle upgrade of the Wii, hence the name Wii U.
@Codewow: How have M$ innovated in the past ten years? They haven't. They've been stagnant, riding unjustified fanboyism through XBL.
You do realise the Switch is outselling the XBone more than 2:1 and is going to pass it in total sales in about a year, right? That would put M$ in last place two generations in a row. Any sane company who consistently comes in last place would understand by now that they aren't meant for this business.
Look how popular Fortnight and PUBG are. The average gamer has no taste and loves garbage.
It was successful? How do they gauge it? Surely the total sales were abysmal because of Game Pass. How many people actually played it for longer than a few days?
I'm really looking forward to the next update. It's a decent game, but desperately needs some patching to be as great as the original.
Oh, that's why I'd never heard of Mixer before watching M$'s E3 conference. It's another garbage M$ app. Why can't they just embrace things that are already on the market and superior to what they offer in every way? It's really annoying.
All I see is another solid example of why both the X and the Pro really shouldn't even exist.
Apparently E3 has become a fashion show?
Personally I care about the games, and 1+ hour long show with nothing but CG teaser trailers for the same tired four M$ we get over and over again (all playable on PC, BTW), plus a slew of 3rd-party games you can play on pretty much every console, doesn't get me excited for M$'s oversized paperweight.
Because people were literally bitching. One wanker on another article here was crying and stated specifically he wouldn't buy it because it's 1st-person. Hasn't seen any gameplay, doesn't know much about the game, nothing. Whiners everywhere.
@nucky64: The PS2 was launched in March 2000 in Japan, October in North America, and November in Europe.
Every single Playstation console has launched leading up to Christmas, with the sole exception being the PS2 IN JAPAN ONLY because they don't celebrate Christmas. Since all consoles launch simultaneously in all major markets world-wide now, all consoles will always launch leading up to Christmas. Assuming otherwise is simply naive.
He could have just written: "I don't like 3rd-person action games, so I shouldn't be reviewing this one."
