An opinion is one thing but that doesn't make it factual at all! Truth be told at e3 when Wiiu games dwarf anything seen on either the ps3 or 360 let the haters just hate on, as this system will probably go on to break records for Nintendo as well...

@arbitor365: its funny because after the Wii has now sold more than 95million+ ,you probably are one of the very few insightful people that predicted it would be the downfall of Nintendo before it was launched. Or that ipad would crumble Apple's conglomerate because clearly nobody wants that thing either, right! It's called being short sighted and people that have no creative vision stay stagnant in their mediocrity...
You are absolutely right we should stop because we could be under selling ourselves with its specs! It doesn't take a rocket scientists to gauge a basic wiiu spec list... they at least gave us the family of chips that the wiiu could be using, so we at least know the bare minimum. And the ps3 and 360 specs are public knowledge so we know what those systems are theoretically capable of
Rumors like this are so stupid and grotesque with fanboism! A console housed in an enclosed case with a 16 core processor would melt probably just by turning the system on... Now I can realistically see the NextBox having a Hexcore power 7 cpu with that rumored Radeon HD 6670gpu in an dual parallel setup with the cpu processing divided by 3 cores per gpu for rendering and processing scenes in tandem... That is feasible and plausible as well!
And clearly Its not that they have anything to hide, they are just a very Japanese company at heart. Which by nature most Japanese practice having very humble attitudes and demeanors... Its not that the Wiiu won't have the technology to hang with the best HD systems, but Nintendo's motto is I'd rather show you then tell you what the system can do... Because at the end of the day Sony may paint a nice theoretical picture of what you may get all excited about. But the harsh reality ...

@PopRocks359: not only does this video prove how stupid the fanboys are all looking right now. But it really shows how modest and secretive Nintendo is really being with this thing. The wiiu cpu mops the floor with the Cell chip and Xbox Cpu put together! This makes so much sense and proves where they got the whole Wiiu having 2- 1/2 times the processing speed of the ps3. Because looking at just the basic specs of what the Wiiu cpu could be, it takes the ps3 2-1/2 clock cycles to achieve what...
Absolutely right! Not only will this article not get many responses or hits, but I predict that by the end of the day 10 more negative wiiu articles will have pushed this one and other positive facts clear off of the front page...
I have no clue why you guys think this is future tech. Some mod-tech kid did the very same head tracking demo just like this with his Wii when it first launched. So for certain the ps move can do this now as well
I know this posting won't get many hits or comments but this guy deserves a standing ovation. It gets very tiresome arguing with people that know next to nothing about technology and don't want to except facts as fact! his very breakdown of each system really puts into perspective, just how more advanced in processing that the wiiu will be over both the 360 &ps3.
There are cellphones with haptic feedback in them, so its not completely out of the running... They already have every sensor and form of radio communication known to man in this thing(besides 3&4g of course)....
@jacksheen0000: obviously you aren't too familiar with the technical aspects of gaming. Because first off, on the Zelda HD demo, there are videos out there that show the person with the wiipad changing the camera on the fly. Not to mention the fact that the light sourcing was being altered, along with realtime shadows being reflected. Proves that the wiiu was rendering these scenes on the fly. As long as it has great compelling games I'm good! Because even if it is way more powerful than both ps3 & 360, people will just say it isn't and live in denial... So lets just let them do that then and save a bunch of us the hassle of getting these bombarded ridiculous stories every day
all 3 consoles will have some form of bluray so I think the multiplat games will essentially have the same experiences across the board
I believe these specs are probably pretty close to accurate because Sony themselves said that ps4 probably won't be much more of an improvement over ps3 graphically. It sounds like it would let Sony save some much needed funds next gen and be able to release a system that will launch at a very competitive price range
I disagree! All the developers that have the latest devkits issued right before CES are all saying the very same thing, that wiiu is a pretty powerful system. Only these anonymous so called developers are saying negative things, which means they probably don't even have devkits and are just making stuff up on the fly
Bravo I'm glad someone knows how to read! I thought that I was the only one that read that but most n4g posters drink the kool aid anyways so it wouldn't matter what facts you put in their faces. A bridge is not how most of you are describing it as, it can be perceived that he is saying the wiiu will be the perfect end to this generation and the beginning of the next! Not to mention that nintendo is not on the same console lifespan as Sony or Microsoft so 2-3 years into the life of ps...
Your opinion is your opinion and if you don't want one that's cool! But there are 95million potential buyers that nintendo can pitch to and although maybe you bought your PS3 kind of later than the rest of us. The graphics aren't as impressive as they once were and the games are starting to lack innovations and feel like clones of each other... why aren't people quoting the comment I believe made by Epic saying that the next Box will roughly be 20% more powerful than the wiiu...
@sidar: Um, the reason that ps2 cut-scenes looked so good compared to the in game graphics is because those scenes were pre-rendered CGI's streaming from the disc. Not something that was ever done in realtime on ps2 at all!
