@DragonKnight,
Ugh! Seriously?!? The X1 being less powerful is NOT an issue in terms of the console not being able to work properly. Yet you act like it's a technical problem that is worse than RROD.
SIGH! There is a reason why you've been on my ignore list for quite some time. But why did I read your comment? I occasionally just like to see what arrogant fanboyish crap people, like you, spew from their lowbrow minds. True Sony Fanboys are getting a b...
Oh... For Christ's sakes!!!
Moot argument...
@Chuk5,
This is what gets me about Playstation users... They are online surfing game sites like N4G, instead of playing their consoles.
Any good sport gives congrats...
Despite cheap shot blows about how to trade games.
@admiralvic,
You should try my line of work. My customers complain quite often about me and I don't get one word from my employer about it. I know my customers complain because I hear about it from my other customers.
The biggest reasons for the complaints are; I give too much homework, the curriculum is a bit too difficult, and I'm sometimes too strict. All of which, if ever I'm told of, is assumed that I'm doing a great job by my employer.
Every console launched was done so with a rather heavy loss for several years into their life cycle. This includes research, development, patents, and licensing fees.
Thus saying that Sony will be profitable so soon should be outright wrong.
@M-M,
The reason why I don't see carpet being a viable reason is because, unlike most PC cases, there aren't ventilation ports on the bottom (if laying flat) of the PS4.
SSDs should be phenomenally faster... I hope Sony will be releasing an OS patch to utilize SSD's speed more efficiently.
Red lights exist in many places... On traffic lights, emergency vehicles, and especially in the Red Light District in Paris.
-Not in a well ventilated area?
Only if completely enclosed, from what I understand.
-On carpet?
You'd think Sony would have considered that people would be putting it on their carpeted floor... Thus, I don't see this as a viable reason at all.
-Use of cheap thermal paste?
Even if so, it normally takes extensive use for the paste to falter.

As for the 0.4%, Sony said that percentage was based on...
How old she is and how old she looks are two different things.
She may be 18, but she LOOKS like she's 8!
I was expecting the PS4 motherboard to have more resistors and capacitors for all of the processing power that they are pumping through it.
Have so much less on the motherboard obviously means that manufacturing costs are lower.
Also, AWESOME that the HDD can be so easily accessible.
Agree! If you don't want Kinect 2.0, then don't buy an Xbox One!
Of course a troll with 1 bubble like NeoTribe thinks it's a mistake.
@Nitrowolf2,
"How hot is the room?"
Even though it's near winter, I seriously doubt that they are keeping their room hot enough to cause problems. Most people keep their thermostat set around 72'F.
And seriously, how hot does YOUR room actually get at this time of year?
Ugh... another pre-teen looking girl for DoA.
Why can't they get a hot MILF or even GILF for a new character.
"[Also] show up on PC"
True... But how many people's PCs can actually handle any of those games at or better than the console version?
A supposed Xbox fan that uses the term "Xbone" in conjunction with negativity...
You're not fooling anyone.
To understand what I wrote, I guess you'd have to understand what a SIMILE is!
But I'll quote where I was referring:
"Then you're not agreeing with fact. It's a hardware FACT that the PS4 is more powerful than the Xbox One and currently has better development tools."
The implication is there. Tooting it in all of his haughtiness. Making it sound like X1's inferior power will be its undoing just like RROD was for the 360. ...
