There's only one item on my HL3 wishlist: Release it before 2015. Pretty please.
They better be busy getting the PC version of RDR out the door.
At least one of these statements is untrue.
I think the only way to lose bubbles if multiple people vote you down on the same post for the same reason. That post will then be hidden.
You could have a hundred trolling votes, but if you've received them all on different posts, it won't cost you. The same goes for a hundred + bubbles. At least that's how it seems to work.
You've got a 486? With Windows 3.1? Is there even a web browser for that?
<<Only crysis and warhead look better than games like uc2, kz2, GT5, GOW3, KZ3... >>
Are you kidding me? Check out some of those in-game galleries of multiplatform titles pushed to the max.

My ISP doesn't care how much I download.
Yes, compared to a CPU the Cell is still powerful. But there are two main components to playing games: CPU and GPU.
Apart from the fact that the GPU in the PS3 is fairly slow by today's standards, there's also the problem with memory: 500 MB of combined system and graphics memory severely limits your framebuffers, texture resolution, gemoetry detail etc.
He did have a valid point: a lot of people reading this article on a PC already have most of the base components needed to play the game.
A decent graphics card for 200 bucks turns most PCs (dual core, 2GB RAM) into a gaming rig.
It was also riddled with aliasing, yuck.
Um, they didn't show much of anything, did they?
This kind of stuff really doesn't get me excited. 4 seconds of cutscene footage. Woohoo. Am I supposed to jizz in my pants now?
I've never heard of Triton, but this sure sounds like one big advertisement for it.
Steam FTW
HL2 was recently updated to a newer game engine.
But this has introduced a ton of bugs. The Steam forums are filled with reports. So Valve is gonna have to fix these asap because one of the best games ever is currently "broken."
I don't know whether I should give DA_SHREDDER a bubble (Funny) or take one away (Trolling)
Of course he hasn't played the game. Like most of his kind he tries to belittle Crysis by reducing it to its graphics.
See, even the biggest fanboy can't downplay the graphics without looking like a complete moron. So that's usually the one thing they acknowledge.
It's 3D whether it extends into the screen or comes out of it.
Well, I wish there wouldn't be any exclusives. I'm not going to buy a PS3 just for Heavy Rain and Uncharted 2 and a 360 just for Alan Wake. Everything else I'm either not interested in or it's available on the PC.
<<24Inch display @ 2feet away = 40inch tv 15feet away>>
That's not correct. If you double the viewing distance, you halve the perceived size. So 24" @ 2 feet = 40" @ 3.4 feet = 55" @ 4.6 feet
You need to sit VERY close to your TV in order to get a perceived image as big as on your monitor. In fact, my 82 inch front projection looks SMALLER than my monitor simply due to viewing distance.
Who keeps all their games installed at all times? I download a handful of games, play them and uninstall them when I've finished them. I can re-download whenever I want to.
The argument about inflated prices doesn't hold. Sure, some games are expensive, but certainly not all of them. And don't forget about the deals.
Just in the last few weeks I bought Dirt 2 for $10 (Orig. Release Dec 1, 2009) and Tropico 3 for $8 (Orig. Release Oct 20, 2009).
It's nothing new, but it's the opposite of "yawn"
