That, sadly enough, is all I know about the author. And it's a shame as the piece had such great potential... until the second word in the title.
The gist of the article, from what I could tell, is that the PS3 and Blu-Ray players are selling like hotcakes in spite of no HD competition. So...
Move along people, nothing to see here.
... how many people have replied stating that they just sent in their Xbox360. Just a few weeks ago everyone was posting how they never got the RRoD and how rare it is, to now everyone is posting how it's no big deal to have to send it back in and besides... everyone else is doing it.
It would be fun to be able to see their face upon receiving that package.
Thanks for the laugh.
and according to Wiki, coop is in.

My favorite animations are the ones you can only see every once in a while just before you enter the light. Seeing the Hegs standing over your body and celebrating is enough to make your blood boil. Then you've got no choice but to get back into the fight and get sweet revenge.
thats what Sony should do, but only time will tell if thats the way everything works out.
One of the primary reasons PS3 is so secure is the fact that it's OS is Linux based and not Windows based. Windows has been hacked for the past 2 decades, where as hacking Linux hasn't really been widely practiced or needed.
So in order for someone to crack the PS3, they will have to learn a whole lot about Linux. Which will only get them so far before a firmware update will shut them down again.
-quote- Too bad Kz2 really isn't that good. After 4 hours of playing it today the MP is no better than COD and the graphics... well I was expecting more after all the fanboy praise.-/quote-
Let me guess, still getting Killzoned and thus your giving up. Too bad as your likely close to unlocking the good stuff, which is when the game starts getting fun.
-quote- No friend invites? No in game chat? Back to the good 'ole 360 for the complete package. -/quote-

Home has already collected twenty of my bucks, and they were well spent. I've made more friends than I have room for. The Max is 100 and every time I go on Home I get 2-5 friend requests. Part of that is due to my Kickin Ninja or my Pirate King gear, the other half due to me helping others. Not to mention the house parties with Mic DJs here and there, as well as meeting others through friends.
For what it was made for, Home is a success. It's a place to meet other gamers and to s...
Just completed the campaign and Loved every min of it... even dying in KS2 gets you pumped up to get back into the game. Seeing the Hegs standing over your body cheering just pisses you off to the point that you gotta get some revenge. This rush just puts you into the heat of the battle like few games can these days.
Yes, GG pulled through and delivered the goods with this one.
endless loop... even using "save link as" doesn't work.
Not to mention that those Sega systems were released 2 years apart. No one wanted to buy a sytem that was going to be dropped by Sega after just a year on the market.
When PS1 came it not only offered gaming, but also a DVD player as well as Sony's reputation for quality electronics. Couple that with Sony having been taught the console market by Nintendo who was the leader at the time and it is no wonder Sony still dominates the console gaming universe.
As for Micros...
Got it Friday and began playing at 1pm. Took a 30 min break at 4:30pm, and a 20 min break a 11:15pm. I didn't stop until 6am in the morning. IT'S THAT GOOD!!!
Playing Killzone2 on it's hardest setting is kick but hard, so hard I've died on avg 22+ times per level. And the Hegs are always changing up their tactics and taunts... yes taunts. I've died enough times and still they keep surprising me with new taunts over my dead body.
Also, as for the controls, I've found ...

Companies such as Pixar and LucasArts have used 64-bit Linux computers for the past decade because they need to work with products like Autodesk's Maya, an app for creating 3D models. On a 32-bit PC running Windows, the 3GB limitation per process would mean breaking the models into separate pieces and continually swapping memory to hard disk.

Might be time to forget M$ and get with the cutting edge OS.
the following I know from first hand experience.
Home - tooo many ppl
Grand Tourismo - lots of ppl
SOCOM:C - lots of ppl (with headsets)
WarHark - googles of ppl
Cod4 - lots of ppl (of coarse)
Those are the games I play regularly and never had a lack of competition.
Spent on XBoxLive since 2006. It's 2009 so averaged over the past three years that comes to over $300,000,000 per year. Thats a lot of money. Just gives me that much more respect for Sony not charging for PSN.
<trolling>
Anyone who thinks paying to play is the way to go, feel free to send me $1 / week to call you to give you a compliment. It will be my pleasure to do so cause your a very special person... ed special but special non the less in your own special little ...
Wonder if the resolution and response time would allow for 1080p @ 60fps gaming. :)
Edit:
@Zeus
same thing I was thinking.
this shows just how addicting playing the Playstation is. Most people when they play a console stop when their hands start to hurt. But obviously playing Playstation consoles is so addicting that they cause people to lose their natural sense of self preservation. So if you find yourself sitting in front of a Playstation enjoying games, ask yourself.......
"Am I Addicted?"
and then there is this crap.
<Q>
yawn I guess when you don't have anything better to play it matters. I have a better game to spend my time with and it's only on my PS3.

I hear you. Now that you mention it, it is time for me to get back to Heg Hunting.
