but then again, you are talking about Home.
Meaning PS3 & Xbox360 will receive it first and at the same time, then later the PC version. This marketing pattern has emerged lately due to the growing amount of PC game pirating that has taken place lately. By using this strategy, Publishers are hoping to sell more copies of the console versions to hedge against loss revenue resulting from the PC version being pirated upon release. It is believed that if the only way to play the game for the first 3-6 months is on the consoles, then mo...
that it's considered a console based crime when it's on the PS3, but not so much so when it's on Xbox. This is the first time I've heard of such a thing happening on the PS3, but I've heard of it being pretty common on Live. Then again, Sony just opened up it's community portion of PSN aka Home so it was only a mater of time before this sort of thing happened.
I guess we can all agree that Sony now has a real online community thanks to PSN Home.
That's my buy line. Once a movie goes below that line it enters my radar and I'm 50% more likely to buy it. Even great movies like Iron Man or Batman: Dark Knight don't really appeal to me until they reach the $20 line. Heck, I bought a great Blu-Ray called "The Curse of the Golden Flower" for around $10 in a used game shop just because it was within my price point. Turned out to be one of the best deals I've gotten on a Blu-Ray movie so far. Anything above $20 starts to get into th...
Today, i just spent over 6 hours in house parties with people from all over the world. Can you say the same. Until you go to a house party with the type of people I hang out with, you haven't been in Home. We had around 3-5 DJs taking turns on playing the music. And a decent ratio of females to males to keep everyone happy.
Home is for being social, which is something of a lost art nowadays. You meet people, talk about gaming, politics, religion, movies, tv shows, and usually ba...
that is the question.
JK,
But I can't wait to put the peddle to the metal.. or plastic... or whatever the RC cars are made out of.
I recently went TV shopping (just before KZ2 day) and the top TV to get is the Vizio. A 32" Vizio with 1080p native res is a steal at around $450-500. Compared to the ones in this article which tend to start out at around $650 for a 32", and then goes up quickly from there.
I'm not a big budget gamer, but I had to have 1080p. So I got a Vizio as it was the most reasonably priced TV with all of the specs I required. Now I've got my comp and PS3 working side by side using...
I've played earlier versions of Evochron and the game just rocks. Seamless realtime planetary decents are just the tip of the iceberg of what you can do in this game. For a single programmer Studio, StarWreath Games has come a long way in the past few years.
only they have movies instead of... well you know.
I bought an old Dreamcast just to play this game. Sad thing is, the game is hard to find nowadays.
No more crappy ports for PS3 multi-platform games. Xbox360 Will now get a chance to show just how powerful the system is once and for all. Win Win for Everyone.
Lithium batteries can be recharged way more times than conventional Nickel batteries. Somewhere around 1000+ times with little loss of capacity.
These batteries are just what the car industry has been needing to leave behind any excuse for not making electric cars. So cheers to MIT for leading the way into an oil independent world.
Imagine a console capable of playing PC games right out the box. Could be nice, but then again, wouldn't it really just be a PC with a new OS interface. Hmmmm sounds more like Xbox now that I think about it. Which just so happens to explain it's vast game library and the ease of game development for the system.
ohh well never mind.
Based on past "Movie Based" games, this one will be so bad that it really will be a challenge to complete even the intro movie. Each level will feel so much like more of the same that the average gamer will fall asleep with the controller still in their hands. Only the best of the best, most caffinated, dedicated, unintellegent gamers will be able to drege through the entire game to collect the coveted Platinum Throphy(*)
Of coarse I'm just kidding about how bad this ga...
Now if only I could get one of those in Ment condition... I could make a Ment from selling it in about 10-20 years.
Your thinking of Super Capacitors. Now that you mention it, they are likely using some of that tech to build the electron highways... but of coarse I'm just speculating.
The fact that they have reduced the time to 20 seconds also means that a lot less energy is being loss due to heat and thus these batteries are less likely to explode. Cool... litterally.
Actually that's the Gold Trophy.. the Platinum one is AIDS.
