I'm a PS gamer and I'm looking forward to MGSR. I don't care that it's going to be on 360 also, as long as it doesn't hinder my experience or is delayed to do so (FF13 <_< ).
Since this is a new game and not a port, I'm sure it will deliver the goods where it matters most... Graphics, Gameplay, and Storyline. I don't expect it to be as epic as MGS4, but I do expect it to be a day one buy.
PS.
The reason GTA4 let me down is because I was expecting GTA:SA g...
If I would have known that he was involved in any way with this article... Never I never I mean never would have clicked on it.
Plz, either include his name in the title or don't post articles related to him. He's like the Ms Cleo of the gaming industry. He just goes around saying crap as if to say... "Quote me now!"
A. A great way to hide the low number of exclusive games coming out for the next two years.
B. The hottest thing to hit consoles since Eyetoy
C. This generation's SegaCD
D. A great way to kill Wii sales without actually having a product (which makes it even more of a master stroke)
E. MS's plan to tide the bots over until Dec 30th 2012 at which time they will be given code 5555. This will cause them to spontaneously implode creating micro black holes worldwide that wil...
Although Natal will last longer due to strong MS support.
In the end I still fear for our children's gaming future.
Cant wait for the next episode.... especially if it's the Saboteur. Best class in the game.
I've watched the anime show Bleach subbed and dubbed, and I much prefer the subbed. I'd rather read while feeling the emotions from the voice acting, than to understand every word but have an intense moment feel blah.
So it's good to see that game studios are starting to see that many of us are used to watching anime in other languages and it's not a barrier anymore when it comes to gaming. In the global world we live in today, people understand that they will be exposed to other...
I will not even click on a link to an article with Pachterd in it.
Come to think of it, anyone contributing an article based on this boy wonder should be banned, hog tied, and made to squeal like a pig. Suuuuuuuuuweeeeeeeee!!!!!!
and I can't wait!!!
Ohh wait it already is. PS3 for the win.
It's funny when some gamers get excited about getting web content imported into a console, especially when you have to be a paying customer just to get what the rest of the world gets free. Imagine if you had to pay your ISP, then pay N4G to be able to post on this site from a computer, but if you could do it from your console it would be free... same diff.
PS
I can post on here from my console... can you.
From what I've seen, the controllers will be able to work with existing games just minus the motion tracking. This means that Devs can make games work just as before and make motion tracking optional. This will reduce the resources needed to integrate the PSLightsticks into upcoming games.
Housing is on the way, sounds interesting.
We all know Natal is great for Hardcore games. What they want to know is what kinds of casual games do 360fans want to play. We already know that Halo:R and the rest of the 2011 line up wont need a controller.... ever again!
Contollers = junk
/sarcasm
Wonder what types of games Sony has planed for the PSLightstick.
dude, the guvanator is the prime terminator model. The one in Cali is an updated model that appears to age, but underneath he is still metal. Just face it, John Henry may be our only hope against Milo... I mean skynet.
what about green and blue people, we will meet them one day and they will want to play too.
Wonder if Milo would like an Eye Pet.
Then the two of them could play all day long together while your away... until Milo fell down a well and them Eye Pet would try to get you to go rescue him by jumping up and down. There's just no telling what adventures those two could have.
same here.
The reason no one likes the wiimote is due to the lack of 1:1 accuracy and the fact that they use preset actions loosely tied to waggling.
Also, since each of the PSLightsticks will have all of the same buttons as 1 side a DS3, using two of them will get you the same button layout as a DS3. This means that even for games without motion tracking enabled the PSLightsticks will still work as controllers.
I'd say they would work for any game including fighting and racing games. At the heart of the system it's still a PSEye which still can track your body movements. The PSLightsticks just add an extreme level of precision and additional inputs. Not to mention, when boxing you rarely cross your arms, and even then the system can adjust by using your body's position.
As far as racing games are concerned, it will work, but to be honest that's what GT racing wheels are for. Force feedb...
What Peter Molyster was really doing was speaking as a Sith Lord trying to confuse your mind into not trusting your own senses.
"See what happened there. She just made a connection with Milo." PM stated.
What really happened is she executed her lines perfectly like any actress for hire. And deep inside everyone watching felt it was fake, but then the Sith Lord came back on screen to confuse and comfort your mind into accepting what you was seeing as real. ...
The only reason some people say MS stole E3 is due to Milo and his Sith Lord master, Peter Molyster. Natal's demo showed lots of flaws right off the bat, but it was the finely crafted commercials that sent it over the top for the casual market. Yes, MS shocked and Awed the crowd much like the US did Iraq, but in the end both are leaving a bad taste in peoples mouths.
Sony's greatest weakness this year was spending time on stats and charts. Otherwise, they showed game after game w...
Get used to it, this happens every summer... wonder why.
Fanbois on both sides are in full force again... and the sad thing is that more sense gets posted in the open zone lately. I really wish people would "Troll Responsibly" around here. I don't mind Trolling as we all have our moments, it's just that there is a perfectly good place here just for that. So again I'd like to say...
Troll Responsibly!
