Prerecorded acting Vs rushed demo that works...
And the winner is....

MS for pulling an invisible rabbit out of it's hat! Yaaayyyy!
"Motion control's FTL!, take yo ass outside instead if your gonna wave your arms around like a fool!."
Nah, the club is better. Plus there is beer... opps most people here are under age... NM!
The funny thing is, 360 gamers keep saying they want AI like Milo in RPGs. Well what do you think you got with Mass Effect. Duh!
It's the same type of AI as the choose your response system. The difference is you just speak it instead of read it then click. Milo was set up to respond to certain key words at key points in the conversation. Same concept was used in ME, which is why it's such a great game.
PS.
Yes you read right. A Sony gamer saying that ME is a gr...
enough with the motion controllers.... give me mind controllers. The tech is around and being the lazy dogs we gamers are... that is right up our ally.
Actually now that I think about it more, it would be kinda cool. "Don't just thing about hitting me... Hit Me!" comes to mind. Fighting games would come down to who could out think their opponent... literally.
With all the evidence starting to pile up against Milo and the Natal vids. This E3 will turn out to be worst than last years. Hmmm, at this rate I can't wait to see how they top this debacle next year. lol
I think that a lot of people are getting confused about what works and what doesn't. This is due to them associating Natal with Milo and vice versa.
Most of Natal works as the PSeye has shown, but it will not be nearly as well as MS is telling everyone. Also, Voice recognition is in phones today so it's not that new, but it is set to only accept certain commands while in certain modes. Like I said that also works.... but it can be frustrating sometimes to have to repeat yourselve...
I ask because the system works mostly with infrared. In a hot room, your body temperature would begin to blend into the background. This would greatly affect the accuracy of the system if not kill it all together.
Regular lighting would have little effect on it, but a peice of paper flying in front of it could. Also, the PSeye solved this problem that used to plague the PSeyetoy.
Bam!!! There it is!
O...M...G!!!
YES!!! YES!!! YESSS!!!!
Welcome to my empire! >:]
but only in an all white room with nothing to distract it. Could just be me, but I'm noticing a lack of furnature, plants, and real world objects that could remotely through the system off... like fans to keep you cool while your up flailing your arms.
My problem with the wii has always been the inaccuracy of the "waggle" controls. Well that and 90% of all the gameplay only requires 1-2 buttons. Owch.
Sony's solution seams the most accurate, practical, and developed of the three current leading systems. With proper patches +/- firmware update, the PS3 could easily offer the most functionally and entertaining experience.
Ohh and did you ever want to know what a PSLightstick might look like... well BAM!!!
well BAM here it is!!!

here is the link to the original site.

Seems Sony's tech has been out since at least March this year.

that thing looks great. Now we just need a good name for it. I vote for PSLightstick. Why? It's a stick that uses light to aid tracking. Plus PSLightsaber would likely get Sony sued big time. And yes I'm repeating myself with this, but it really needs a good name.
Milo asks if he can have an Eyepet for Christmas.
We are not saying it's useless... just very inaccurate to be used for all forms of gaming. Thus a truly controller free system is impossible, which is exactly the opposite of what MS is marketing. To pair Natal with current controllers or a new remote system would mean that Natal is not a final solution as touted, but rather a simple enhancement to current gaming controls (which is a good thing).
However, I do find it interesting that the same people who will nick pick a multi-pl...
I'm pretty sure Sony is very close to being ready to release this beast.
Notice the date this was posted.

Now Sony just needs to find a fitting name for this beast. I myself like the name PSLightstick. Why? It's a stick that uses light for tracking purposes... and Lightsaber would likely get them sued.
The PSLightsticks Sony showed at E3 looked too geeky, but this bad boy here looks sweet.

wonder how long that will take to get to market... seeing how it was posted back in march.
They wish they had a friend that was as cool. LOL
sorry but I just had to troll for once... just to get it out ma system.
For those thinking PSLightsticks are far from being ready.

Looks like PS3 owners are going to have a "wand"erfull 2010, while others are still waiting to play with a certain little boy.
Actually the Arcade Rail Shooters will play better on the PS3... actually all the mature arcade games, But it can do carny games...
