Anyone here ever hear of a thing called a...
... "PATENT"
MS has one on cross game chatting so Sony has to find the right loophole around it.
To avoid memory errors, don't open so many windows. Two windows max is usually enough to do anything useful. Any more and you increase the risk of memory errors exponentially. Since each window has to have assets loaded and ready to view, not to mention the assets from past pages as well, which added together makes it easy to fill the PS3's ram memory. I usually have no problems by following this simple rule of thumb while browsing.
too bad it's so hard to find around here.
Glade to hear from Sony officially about Hulu and 2.80.
Well the Nokia N-Gage was a phone that played games. The controls really sucked as it used the dial pad for the buttons and was actually closer to a gameboy advanced. Not to mention that the games where expensive, especially when compared to PSP games.
By simply having built in cam facing the user, people would hold the PSP just like they do when playing a game. With a blue tooth headset, calls can still be private even in public settings, yet with the added value of video chatti...

Thanks for the Pachter warning, I almost clicked the vid, and since it's against my religion, I usually avoid articles with his name in the headline or first paragraph. In case your wondering, my religion is...
"Common Sense."
By the way, 2014 for the new consoles is my prediction. I would say 2013, but 2013 sounds like a cursed time to release a console for some reason.
I can't wait to suit up and move out Raven style.
I wish, then I might actually play it.
The whole having to log into anther site just to play 1 game out of all the hundreds of PS3 games was too much for me. Yea, I'm a lazy gamer, but thus is the life that the PSN has spoiled me to.
Come on Konami, integrate MGO into the PSN so I can play with/against my friends. Some of them really need to be taken down Snake style.
They keep referring to the PSP as a gaming device instead of as a handheld device. Most likely to keep from admitting that DS and Iphone/Ipod is kicking them in the teeth when it comes to sales.
If done correctly, the PSP could easily become the leading handheld video chat phone that everyone has been waiting for. We've seen such products in futuristic movies, and we know the tech exists to bring this to market. So basically, it's a given that the kings ransom will go to the firs...
Watched for about 1.5 hours and can't wait for the second half of the show.
Seen em get all the way to the Tower Knight, pull out a new flame sword, then get killed. After that, death came quickly and often for him. Wish em luck on getting his body back. ;P
I just wish it was coming out this month, in the last four months of the year there are so many games coming out it's crazy. If it came out this month, a lot more people would be able to give this game the attention that it needs to be fully enjoyed, especially since there is nothing good coming out til the end of August at the earliest.
I noticed that every game was either 360 or Wii. Only exception was SW:TOR, but hey it's Star Wars so I can't hate.
As for avoiding FM3, HALO:ODST, or even ME2 is beyond my understanding.
There was no mention of Blu-Ray, web browsing, Home, or the fact that PSN has not only games, but also movies and tv shows. Besides, we all know that the only thing Sony needs to do is lower the price.
From a business standpoint, Sony has been doing the right thing with keeping the price where it is. If they had lowered the price last fall, they would have surely sold more units, but that would have been a double edged sword at their own throats. With Sony taking a loss on each u...
Sony really needs to officially name their motion system. Until they do, even though it is the most advanced system for consoles so far, it will still be treated as being underdeveloped as a product. MS nailed the marketing part with Natal, but the tech is lacking in some major functionality. So if Sony could just step it up and name this beautiful baby they have created, it can turn into a system selling beast not seen since the PowerGlove.
And after rumors of Sony unveiling new hardware began floating around parts of the net shortly after GDC 09, MS put together the most original motion control system since eyetoy for the PS2... opps... I mean since man created the wheel.
Each day is a new theme.
Sunday = Grab bad day (random dribble about hotest ps3 game)
Monday = PS3 price to high
Tuesday = Blu-ray is dead
Wednesday = DLC comparisons
Thursday = Multi-platfrom game comparisons (now in HD micro-pixel detail)
Friday = Sales comparisons
Saturday = How PS3 lost this gen
It's funny how Sony/PS3 is still the hottest topic in gaming
Between MAG and Demon Souls, my holidays are booked.
Go Ravens!
I was thinking the same.
Now I really wonder how many PS2's have been sold the first half of this year.
LoL... now I want to play EVE-O!
Make me some buddies...
Skim some bucks...
Walk away a wealthy man...
Nah! It would take too long and my plans for solar domination would be set back a few years.
I like the way you can replay these games to learn new things about what is really going on.
