This is great news. See Nintendo, this is the one I will be buying since you have failed to produce enough of these.
Yeah, Xbone is pretty dead there. It'll be interesting to see what their next move will be for that market.
"but you'd be hard pressed to find a gamer who said that the Wii won last generation."
The Wii won last gen. XD
P.S. I own all the last gen consoles.
Mafia 2 was indeed awesome and a very underrated game IMO.
Well, I feel silly. Here I thought the MCC was an attempt to capitalize of the popularity of Halo and help move more Xbox Ones.
Like most remaining objective, I too disagree.
@SoapShoes "The classic, "if you say it enough someone will believe you" crap."
That's so very true. And when you present a list such as this:

all of a sudden you're bombarded with a barrage of excuses to move goal posts.
Yeah, I'm not sure what this crowded schedule of games is composed of (especially with most games for 2015 not having a concrete release date). I think its probably that some of their games just aren't on track for fall 2015 and this is just an early warning to potentially soften the blow later on, so it doesn't come quite as a shock.
@lelo2play "Halo: The Master Chief Collection will sell consoles, but not as much as Halo 5"
Wait.. You think think the new Halo 5 from 343i is going to sell more Xbones than the 3 best Bungie Halos, plus Halo 4? If you're a diehard Halo fan and don't already own Xbone, then chances are you'll be buying it when the Master Chief Collection drops. By the time H5 drops, most Halo fans will already own an Xbone. All my former tournament buddies who have held...
@Lukas
It's the very reason I skipped out of buying Watch Dogs. And while I bought AC: Black Flag, I will not be supporting Ubisoft and buying AC: Unity. I'm sure I'm not the only one either.
Some may say it's my loss, but there a plethora of other great games I can substitute it with. My major issue is not having enough time to play all the games I want to play anyway.
It's likely that after this deal expires there will soon be another deal to take it's place.
Shortly after announcing the closure of the entertainment studios, they announced that Quantum Break wouldn't be affected by this. Don't know if that's still true though.
"Besides the Wii U is a generation behind so isn't in the same class as the ps4 or x1."
Considering the Xbone desperately struggles to render games in native 1080p (much like the Wii-U does, albeit having better hardware specs), why is it okay the Xbone be in the same class as PS4 and not the Wii-U? Shouldn't they both be included in the same class or excluded equally?
@lelo2play "Quantity does not mean quality."
Nor is quality determined by having less quantity.
That's why we there's a little thing called a scoring system. Having a higher overall score, or metacritic is indicative of higher quality.
Yes, they fixed the rubber peel, but I don't believe all launch DS4s had that issue (both my launch DS4s are still fine).
If you prefer to throw symmetry out the window, omit a touch-pad and prefer lower-bit precision analog sticks, sure. But even then, it's purely subjective.
On Windows you can just plug it in, and it will be recognized as a standard PC gamepad with generic direct input.
If you want to use it wirelessly, or have it register as an Xbox360 controller (so games with native 360 gamepad support are all preconfigured) there are some options for that as well.
And yes, the DS4 can too be used on a Mac.
Edit: lol @ the disagrees. Everything I said is 100% factual. Silly fanboys. XD
Aside from my PS4, I also use my DS4's to game on my PC which I have connected to my TV. Works flawlessly.
The issue is not whether games can look great. They need to be upscaled because the hardware is quite dated by today's standards and has difficulty running games in a native 1920 x 1080 resolution. Same thing applies to the Wii-U.
And as great as some may think it's games look despite the hardware's shortcomings, there's no denying that the games would have looked even better with higher hardware specifications.
This is interesting to me, as I live near several of these locations. But isn't this news not directly about video games?
