I tip my hat to you, sir. XD
I'd like to know if that vision for a digital only future still includes 24-hour check-ins?
Im almost tempted. Lol. The kid in me.
Glad to hear. Seems worth the wait. :)
Another clickbait article. Guess they need their clicks. Lol.
@jerethdagryphon
Got that beat, unfortunately. I used to have a game store and a father came in with his boy (he must have been 2 or 3 at the most), looking to buy Vice City and wanted to let his son play it. I replied and told him the game is not appropriate for him due to it's content and thus carries a mature rating. The father chuckled and replied "ah, he's mature enough". I was stunned...
Wait.... wait, wait wait....
They're talking about sales of their console again? I'd love to know the official numbers. :P
"Doesn't matter." It sure does to millions of people.
"Xbox One is better." No it isn't.
"bigger AAA exclusives like Quantum Break, Forza Horizon 3 and Gears of War 4." I think you meant console exclusives, as these titles are also playable on PC. PS4 still continues to offer exclusives not playable anywhere else.
"Xbox also gets stuff first like Rise of the Tomb Raider, Dead Rising 4, Smite, H...
"Have you never owned a Xbox? It has always had external power supply"
No. The first Xbox had an internal power supply... The 360 was the first external.
This is great news. I installed a modchip in my Model I Saturn, but may grab one of these one day. Only thing that's unfortunate is that it takes up the VCD port, so I'd have to unplug mine when in use. Not a big deal and still totally worth it IMO. I even imported the UK Sega wireless controllers cause of how much I love this system. And of course, grabbed an Action Replay and Sega Saturn Memory Cart. :D
Sonic's glory days.
What don't these guys understand? Yes, 3rd party titles typically do better on consoles. Consoles. Going forward, a box with a locked down variant of Windows, lacking exclusive content is another story. And that's what it will be, lacking the Steam library and majority of Windows applications. This sort of idea worked quite well for Ouya, right? Nope. It was fairly redundent. But I guess we'll just have to wait and see. All I know is, I rather put the funds for an Xbox One or Scor...
@Kiwi66 "You wouldn't have got one even if there was a reason to "
That doesn't negate what he's saying though.
Considering the PC has a world of games not available on Xbox One, it's makes a lot more sense. It's relatively simple to connect to your TV and offers both libraries. Heck, you can still use an Xbox One controller for your games.
"Exclusives are a thing of the past , it's not want people want , I want to be able to able to play halo agaisnt PC people , call of duty against PC and FIFA "
Ok cool. So hopefully they'll soon begin to release their games on PS4 as well. I'm sure that would please you even more. :D
"Otherwise why even own an Xbox and pay for online play?"
Do you think it's a coincidence they stopped reporting hardware sales a while ago?
@darthv72
"this is cool. The more the merrier and with cross play too."
I keep hearing that notion, but something tells me you wouldn't feel that way if it were also headed to PS4. :)
In any event, if Halo 6 is great I might pick it up for PC. I didn't much care for 4 and 5, so 6 would have to be a big step up.
"I have a PS4 Xbox One and PC."
You'd have an even better selection of games if you owned a Wii-U instead of an Xbox One. That way you'd be able to play PS4, Xbox One, PC and Wii-U games. Less hardware redundancy and more games. ;)
@moldybread.
I'm not sure either. Seems like bad poetry.
The ones that said that are probably either in hiding or busy moving the goal posts.
