Holidays are usually jammed, when do you think they should have held back its release date? The CEO stated that he expects Sonic sales to pick up during November and December, and he comes across as overall optimistic about its sales potential.
I'm just happy to see them leave behind last gen finally. That means the devs can be much more ambitious with the game.
Would be nice if they worked on a new series that didn't revolve around gun play. Something fresh and different.
I don't want to see anymore CGI trailers, just real gameplay. Anything else will be a disappointment.
I've been saying this for so long, micro-trash-actions were designed to indoctrinate younger gamers who easier are to manipulate.
Even if older gamers are against micro-trash-actions, we're going die eventually and the only gamers left will be those who grew up in this era where they have been normalized from the start. This was all planned in advance for long term profits.
Another Remaster is a better idea than the vaporware sequel.
The executives make obviously terrible decisions, then their profits drop, and it's the work force that suffers because of it.
It was an okay game, it could have looked better on Switch, and the final boss (not referring to the Super boss) really hurt the game and brought it down for me. Even as a Sonic veteran since 1991 this boss was too hard because of the spinning attack at the end, which is extremely difficult to dodge. What a pain.
Microsoft, if you want my money, have Vicarious Visions and ex-NeverSoft developers work on a new Tony Hawk's Pro Skater game, and make it multi-platform on XBS / PC / PS5. No remake or remaster, a NEW game, that's it. That's how you can get my money.
I have no interest in the Amico, but I always visit the Intellivision Amico subreddit just to read the shady things this company did. Its actually equally both fascinating and revolting that this company squandered 17 million dollars and produced jack squat!
I also highly recommend watching the "OOF" YouTube video from hbomberguy, he went down an insane rabbit hole of Tommy Tallerico's lies and deceit. Its a very long video, but its not boring, and has 8.7 mil...
While EA is a trash-tier publisher, the real joke is on the dummies that keep buying their yearly roster updates. It's okay not to buy them every year, and support a terrible company in the process, I promise.
It's embarrassing when fan modders do a better job (working for free!) than the actual multi-million dollar publishers.
This has been happening a lot in the industry. Companies are cutting corners, and hoping we don't notice or care. They want us to repeatedly buy the same games over again, and each time at slightly lower quality.
Terrible practices, not just from Konami, but all around.
Ubishit continues to push boundaries on how low they can go.
The fact that this is even programmed into the game reveals their hidden intentions with their shovelware.
I actually wanted one, until I found out that it was a pathetic joke. Microsoft can't do hardware, software, and now even fridges properly. What a shame! 🤣
I remember morons defending Microsoft's garbage back in 2013. I see these people are still morons 10 years later.
Everything about MS's plans 10 years ago was completely wrong, and everything MS is doing now with Xbox is also completely wrong. 10 years of being wrong is quite the streak.
Posting this many hours after they've all been sold out is such a tease. The website is out of stock, and all stores have run out by now.
The new name sounds better to me anyway.
MS burned their fan base for too many years, I turned my back on them from the whole DRM fiasco and was hoping they'd turn things around afterward, but they only kept going in the wrong direction for the past decade.
This is what Sega did when they kept releasing Genesis add on hardware, and abandoned the Saturn too soon outside of Japan.
The Dreamcast came out roaring with amazing games day 1,but their fan base had diminished and moved over to Sony ...
The best reason to buy a Series X is for Xbox and Xbox 360 backwards compatibility features. There's a lot of those games I'd like to play again at higher res and frames, but I'm not willing to pay a high price for a 'backwards compatibility console'.
One thing I like about N4G is that you can learn about some indie games that are likely going to fly under the radar. This would probably be a fun game to play with my family, so thanks for sharing it.
