Would you care to enlighten us as to why you would think a developer would drop a platform where it sold over 1 million copies ? I personally don't care myself I wasn't impressed with the first one. However I really see no basis for this assumption that they will drop the PC version especially after it sold OVER 1 million copies.

It's an ID game it will be a pretty little tech demo that will run like crap and have absolutely no substance to it whatsoever. I really don't know why people get hyped for ID games. Doesn't anyone learn from history any more ?

I already know where my money is going and that's World In Conflict baby. The first was one hell of a ride and I can't wait for this expansion. The others I can't really say I care since it's typical console dross apart from Total War and Panzars. Never been keen on the historical Total War series, I want tactical nukes not wooden spears and panzars always felt like hard work. That and the fact it uses windows live which is now a major turn off for me.
Please tell me how you can play an fps game with a joypad ? Oh wait they found a way to do it didn't they. That is my point find a way to do it and if you can't then don't bother. As evidenced with all of Capcom's releases they just didn't bother even with games that could have benefited from mouse and keyboard control they still found a way to screw it up.
How about the fact they just lazily port the game to the PC and take no time or thought in how the game could be controlled with the PREFERRED control system on the PC, the mouse and keyboard. No all Capcom do is release a crappy version on the PC and expect us to play with a joypad. If I wanted to play games with a joypad I would buy a console.
What makes me laugh is if someone decided to release a historically accurate turn based strategy game of the Napoleon era onto the 360...
Ohhhhh please like anyone is even going to be bothered to pirate a beat em up. This game isn't even worth wasting bandwidth on let alone buying. However I have no doubt they will blame the big bad Piracy wolf when Streetfighter sells all of 3 copies on the PC and gets pirated twice.
I wish Capcom would get it into their head most PC gamers are not interested in their consolised junk hence we aint buying your stuff Capcom.
Personally I think single player games are starting to suffer at the hands of multiplayer games. Just how many multiplayer FPS games do people need ? COD 4 (didn't bother with COD 5) was a typical example. That game had all of 5 hours of single player action and was heavy on the mulitplayer.
I am not a big fan of multiplayer I find it boring so you can imagine I didn't get an awful lot out of COD 4 and will never buy another COD game till they invest some of their energies int...

Yep a lot of PC gamers are going "meh", this really isn't our cup of tea but I guess kudos to Square Enix for trying.
I think I can confidently say PC gamers won't even waste their bandwidth on this console crap let alone buy it. I really don't know where capcom are coming from beat em ups are a complete waste of time on the PC.
That's odd because last time I checked the PS3 doesn't have 8 spu's. It has 1 PPE, 6 SPE's that developers can use, 1 locked off to the hypervisor and 1 locked off for manufacturing reasons. So really the PS3 only has 1 PPE and 6 available SPE's
A lot of the problems that most users encounter is down to a general ignorance about PC tech these days. You have people buying crappy 8200gt cards and then wondering why the games run like crap. You have people with poorly maintained systems wondering why the game keeps crashing.

I wish people would get it through their heads, MS did NOT pay for the DLC. All microsoft did was LOAN 50 million to Rockstar, they expect to get the 50 million BACK from selling the DLC. So if the two lots of DLC bring in 75 million then MS gets their 50 million back and Rockstar only gets 25 million.

Not in a million years is this card any good for games. In fact it is probably one of the worst choices if you want to game. If you are after a card to play games then you are best looking at Nvidia's 9600gt if you are on a budget or the 9800gt/gtx and 280/285gtx if you want to blow the bank balance. On the ATI side you are best looking at the HD4850 if you are on a budget and the HD4870 if you aren't
