I would like to see Nintendo show more hunger for 3rd party support. There seem to be a lot of big games due in the coming months that really should have a Wii U version but don't.
Alternatively, if they think they can rely on their own games, then show them to us!
Addictive is the appropriate word to use in this case. Don't expect gaming journalists to know this.
@ knifefight - look at my status, you read my mind!
Ni no Kuni (there's a DS version, so why not?)
GTA V (really should happen if Nintendo wanna get serious)
South Park: TSOT
MGS: Ground Zeroes
Final Fantasy Versus XIII (Lol)
Maybe also Crysis 3, BioShock Infinite, Tomb Raider
Only a couple of the voices were annoying but still bearable. I thought most of the voice acting was really good. Open your mind and broaden your horizons.
Logical conclusion
Still not sure if serious
Kinda skeptical about 4K. I remember being told that 1080p was indistinguishable from 720p for screens below around 40". How big does a 4K screen need to be to look noticeably better than 1080p in a standard living room?
Then there's the fact that a lot of PS3 games don't even run at 720p. Just having native 1080p with a smooth framerate would be a noticeable improvement, so I'd like to see that before anyone bothers with ridiculous resolutions. Imagine how...
I would ditch mine as soon as I could get me a Squirtle or Charmander
I could also care less about Versus. Much less in fact. That is to say of course that I care about it a great deal and I want it now!!!!
Started playing it recently. Currently on the sandship with pirates. Hasn't blown my socks off yet but I'll persist.
Yes!!! This game had car soccer. That mode was fun, unique, and needs a current gen adaptation. Fond memories.
I remember when the Gamecube was announced and there was a concept for a Rareware game called 'Donkey Kong Racing', where the racing was done on animals. It never released, but looked cool.
It wouldn't be.
I hate what she represents - a lack of Noctis
This. We should see what they've been up too early next year.
Worse still, Nomura said he'll show the future of Final Fantasy "soon". That was back in early September. Even their hints about hints are vague!!!
Versus or GTFO
You're assuming that Square Enix use logical thinking and make smart decisions...
Doesn't help when reviewers fail to call out developers on this stuff. Not many Far Cry 3 reviews talked about the console version shortcomings.
Malus from SotC was huge, but I wish he'd walked around rather than stand still. Gaius was an awesome large, fully mobile and interactive boss that I'll never forget.
