A million times THIS
Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix
Maybe people were 'fine' with 720p last gen, but they would have preferred 1080p. Plus those consoles launched more than half a decade ago, and HDTV was still relatively new.
Terrible argument.
We've all been through this many times before. We don't want to hear about 'news in the near future', we'd rather have a release date now or nothing at all.
It is slightly annoying that in 2014, whenever a developer announces their game to be "1080p", we often still need to dig deeper in order to find out if they actually mean native or upscaled.
Jesus understands
I'm on the Vierge of insanity waiting for this
To be fair, it was never really made clear. Until recently I was under the impression that TPP would contain GZ on the one disc when it released.
^ This guy understands.
(I'd also throw in Secret of Mana)
I replayed it recently and plan to also play Banjo Tooie. Was Tooie as good as/better than the original?
Will The Phantom Pain include all the Ground Zeroes content on the same disc when it is eventually released?
Logic should dictate that a cheaper console that is more powerful should be more desirable than a more expensive console that is less powerful.
I'm under the impression that the Phantom Pain disc will contain Ground Zeroes content. Amirite?!
If so I'll just wait for that. No big deal.
AC4 would have been better without that modern day guff.
Cool, I never played LoM. I heard mixed things about it, mainly that it wasn't as good as the SNES games from the series. Some have said it's amazing however. How is the plot?
I'd buy it again if I could transfer my save file over
Secret of Mana
Seiken Densetsu 3
Chrono Trigger
Final Fantasy VI
Pokemon Blue
Honourable mentions: Final Fantasy X, Chrono Cross, Xenoblade, Xenogears, Ni no Kuni, Earthbound, FF4, FF7, Super Mario RPG:LOTSS, Skyrim, Fallout 3, Dark Souls
Remember a lot of games last gen had sub-HD resolutions, bad framerates and screen tearing.
Nintendo makes games that run flawlessly, so they're adjusting in their own way. I'm not defending them though.
Why not offset the lack of new games by going harder with Virtual Console releases?!
There is a mountain of unreleased SNES and N64 games that could make VC amazing.
Respawn deserves success, I just hope PS4 gets some love from them soon.
